Great service, great grounds, good hotel room, location to ASU is good, but if you are staying here for business or as a family do yourself a huge favor and do NOT GET A ROOM along 5th (the main road way). There is a bar/restaurant across the street and even with the AC and TV on I can hear every single word coming from the Bar. The noise is definitely an issue and will continue to be an issue until the bar closes. So much for a restful night of sleep.

Four stars because parking is sketchy and the entrances near the parking lots are closed. Other than that we loved the place! Fast check in, friendly service, clean, and a great location.
Comfortable hotel that is really close to the ASU campus, restaurants, and hiking. Those sensitive to noise may notice the late night party atmosphere or airplanes arriving and departing from PHX. Parking is shared with the downtown amenities, so plan on parking and walking around.
Places nice very very nice very clean very helpful staff. Good place to have a conference. Has an indoor swimming pool had a courtyard, full gym. The rooms were clean , nice suitable and rather relaxing. A little door to open for letting in the night air that faces the court yard. They have a restaurant downstairs and a little bar in the court yard as well. Yes the hotel is big but not entirely too huge that you wouldn't be able to find your way out. The parking lot is something to be peculiar about but don't forget to ask for your parking pass because all spots are metered or you could just use the valet they have up front. Now for the rooms definitely marks of excellent. I myself found the rooms to be great, aside the point there was no microwave. They had everything else for sure. Fridge, hair dryer, tv, a bed, lol. Well it's the weekend right now and yes it's Tempe of course and of course you get that lively crowd, which didn't really seem to bother us with the noise and all being pretty much tapered down once you are inside the room. Oh did I forget to mention that this place is four stories, so if you have an issue with that be prepared to mention that you want a lower floor? Otherwise, it's pretty great here. Right now as I write you I'm having a free complimentary breakfast and for your FYI. If you want the breakfast don't forget to mention that so it would be included in your reservation, they do offer it, just they like to know head count for breakfast. It's not your standard continental breakfast that hotels use to do. Unlike those others I have been to. Enough said having breakfast outside in the courtyard peaceful and quiet. Enjoy
Was provided with outstanding service from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. The rooms are cozy and stocked with coffee but the water will cost you $5 a bottle. Enjoyed the outside dinning experience with the beautiful trees that had oranges growing.
Definitely recommend this hotel if traveling to the ASU Tempe area.
Rooms are clean and well designed. One biggest issue with this property is noise coming from the bar across the street. Boom music was continuing till 3 am and the city ordinance has no control. It is strange for the bar to allow this to go on as other hotels are nearby. Other than that it can be suitable cozy place to stay.
Super cute! Slightly hip and mod decor in the rooms. Beds are great! Nest amenities are a nice touch. Great spot. Convenient location. Near ASU, shops and restaurants.
This place is absolutely stunning. The spacious upgraded rooms are clean and equipped with comfortable beds. They ve even covered the remotes with protective sleeves. The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained with staff adhering to local, CDC, and World of Hyatt cleaning standards. Rose and Martha at the front desk are always warm and welcoming to complete any task. Shaylah in Corporate travels worked diligently to ensure my company was set up for our travels. Housekeeping is quick and professional always confirming guest needs before departure. Too excited to park? Valet is free with your stay, but please participate in hospitality best practice and tip your valet. Jose, Nate, and Luis are absolutely amazing!
Harry s Place is their on-site restaurant and has been my martini hot spot with a Mission Palms Burger and fries that will have you coming back for more. I ve tried almost everything on the menu and haven t found a dish I did not like. My favorite bartenders are Andy, Todd, and Morgan - they can whip up the best martinis with award winning smiles. (Tip: Ask about the Kamikaze Martini that s not on the menu or try their Lemon Drop Martini that s on the menu.)
I didn t forget to start my day with their on-site breakfast freshly made to order with coffee, pancakes, bacon, and even things to meet special diets. (My favorite with the Irish Oatmeal and Mixed Berries.)
Overall, my stay turned me into a regular and I can t wait to see how the seasons change in the beautiful courtyard. Did I mention that Harry s Place and The Mission Grille are open to the public?
