For the process of disconnection in the Costa Rican cable, the owner of the contract has to go and there is a long line, I waited an hour and a half to enter, it is understood by the situation of the sanitary protocol for 50% of capacity, however, the laws Priority services are not respected, in front of me an elderly adult was sent to do the long line, bad customer service by chat and generally customer service is in decline.

To return a cable television service you have to wait more than two hours. The employees are multipurpose, make cable contracts and receive equipment. Besides that many people go crazy to work, they spend a lot of time doing nothing.

This review is based on their cable service and the customer service of physical building.

It is not good, plain and simple. You pay a lot of money for mediocre cable/internet service that goes out every so often. Not to mention the even worse automated customer service that you have get through to recieve help for an issue, which can take even longer when your call gets disconnected and then you have to do it all again OR the automated voice for some reason repeats the same things again and again.

When it comes to visiting their sabana loation, it is a mission to get there during traffic hours and parking can be scarce, so go early and with plenty of time. Why go with plenty of time? Due to the wait time possibly being 1 HOUR PER PERSON! It can be quick but there is a chance you might end up having to wait a while. At least the person who attended me was polite and professional.

Overall save your self the trouble and find a different cable/internet service. ICE has fiber optic cable and digital tv so go for that if you can...but it might take 2 months for them to show up and install it.

Wait for service: over 1 hour. After that you discover that there are no one in the systems department so you cannot make the cable modem replacement. The customer support guy does a good job but he depends on another person to fulfill the request.

I had never been to a television channel and it was a unique experience.
Absolutely all the staff was very attentive, always willing to clarify doubts and to make the visitor feel good.
