Good installations.
But many years ago it was a respectable and serious channel at the service of the people. It hurts a lot to see in the garbage that became.
Before as a Costa Rican I felt proud of this company. What a pity they give me.

A good service, but not excellent. It seems they have no internal communication. I went to pay, and not a month but six, after three days they call me in collections that the bill of the month is ready to be canceled ... Wooooow, how bad.

I felt very well treated and the facilities are nice and modern.

When to adjust cable service. Was quick and no pain. I think it was easier to go and do at the agency than the phone. Limited parking but you can find around. Have the cable and Internet package, actually working very well.
