This review is based on their cable service and the customer service of physical building.

It is not good, plain and simple. You pay a lot of money for mediocre cable/internet service that goes out every so often. Not to mention the even worse automated customer service that you have get through to recieve help for an issue, which can take even longer when your call gets disconnected and then you have to do it all again OR the automated voice for some reason repeats the same things again and again.

When it comes to visiting their sabana loation, it is a mission to get there during traffic hours and parking can be scarce, so go early and with plenty of time. Why go with plenty of time? Due to the wait time possibly being 1 HOUR PER PERSON! It can be quick but there is a chance you might end up having to wait a while. At least the person who attended me was polite and professional.

Overall save your self the trouble and find a different cable/internet service. ICE has fiber optic cable and digital tv so go for that if you can...but it might take 2 months for them to show up and install it.
