A shame it never occurs to you to ask for 3 hours to receive some pizzas.

They do not comply with the times they tell you to pick up orders

A shame. I made an order online. I was supposed to get to 22.47, at 23.15 I call them and they tell me that the delivery man was wrong ... a story. They were not ashamed to call me to say that they would NEVER receive the pizzas and that they should think of something else for dinner. What do they want the customer's phone number for if they don't call if there's a problem? I hope they have returned my money.
I feel cheated.

Hi, today place an order. They are wrong and they send me a pizza that I have NOT ordered.

I am a regular customer of Telepizza and by proximity, I suffer the bad attention of the store that corresponds to me, in Canal Suez 28042, Madrid.

By the time I contact the store, the kids are already having dinner, and I ask if any compensation is possible for next order.

The person in charge tells me that it is not possible, (today we can do everything with v codes of discount), that you can only change it, which would imply at least 45 min, unacceptable.

After 45 minutes waiting we left without the pizza, the lost ones by phone had priority over those made in store. the worst place without a doubt.

Today everything super good ... The best croquettes ...

We ordered 3 pizzas, it took more than 1 hour to arrive, one arrived without part of the ingredients, we called to say it, they told us they sent us another, which never arrived, we called past 12 at night and they told us that they were He has forgotten the order ... they keep it for another day but that night we stayed at mid-dinner.

We already take it to heart, EVERY time we have ordered a pizza something has happened. Once the attendant began to insult a client in the kitchen and everything was heard, when the client came out she asked for a little respect and the worker did not apologize. Another day with the restaurant ticket payment method we had a while to pull our hair out. Every time we order over the phone it is an odyssey, or it is picked up by a delivery man who does not even know what promotions it has, or it is taken by another that you have to repeat, that the dough is thin 20 times. You still will not get rid of getting to pick up the pizza and it is not even similar to the one you have ordered (the funny thing is that you are getting pizzas that you have from other badly made orders to see if it is one of those). It looks like a franchise forgotten by the owner and with a very high turnover of staff

Not sure why there is so much hate... Pizzas were quite good and the staff was nice! And even more important, cheap. Really good when looking for somewhere to go.

A nice place, the pizzas very rich. Very nice staff especially an attendant named Marcia. I recommend it!

Very bad deal, I was waiting more than an hour for the order, when I called to inform me what was wrong, they did not find my order. After a while they told me that I had left.

The pizzas arrived an hour after the scheduled time of 23.30 and above the deliveryman an authentic IMPRESENTABLE. First, he came and gave me the pizzas without saying hello and rim, then, before giving him the money, I informed him that they were 10 less because they had told us that in the store and when I gave him the money in his hand he took it from me in a bad way .

Good quality and do not skimp on the ingredients, as in some places.
I try great. Marcia is a charm.
The other day, we were on a birthday and they went overboard, and the kids had a great time, making their own pizzas and games.
And they still have the jalisco, which you do not find everywhere !!!
