Very bad service (not like earlier times) 2016 Peradeniya Convocation plan was awful. Expensive but the quality of service or products are not upto expected standard. I think a better service can be experienced in any other studio in kandy.

Yes. Today I went to that place to recreate my precious book. The girl who was there welcomed me and then directed me to another girl to do my job. I left and they were kind enough to finish the work ahead of time and call me when I was promised. Also thank you to the staff at telifix for finishing my book brilliantly. I went to this company today to make Jack. The companies I work with were kindly cheered, but the promised time delivered my Jack to me earlier. I thought I was better at Jack. A place of cheaters. I visited the place to correct a product label. They had a old version of CorelDraw and wasted time to asked for help from someone else to have a new version. They didn't allow me to leave saying they would do it. Finally small corrections were done and ask for almost 8 times hire amount than regular charges. I was still Okay. I came home and open the file. He had not sent the right file but something else. No responsibility, waste of time, Cheating, low quality, higher charges, and finally I didn't get what I paid for. Be aware. The best and unparalleled alternative is Champa stores. High quality products and services, good,honest staff, unbelievably low charges,....

Poor services . Could not print my photo on time . After 3 days it was not printed though they advertising with in 5 min. Photographer told Rs 150 .Cashier charged 200. Money is not a matter but there must be a policy .
