I regret to say that I wasted my time doing an intrusive survey.
Towards the very end of the survey DBM started to smell very strongly like scammers, that was after nearly an hour of filling in what was supposed to be an innocuous 30 minute survey. Don't be fooled by the potential $500 reward.
It was a cruel thing to do but no doubt DBM already have my preliminary answers but without the personal details requested.
WARNING big potential for privacy breach.

Unethical workplace for the following (but not limited to) reasons:

- Asking us to complete positive Google reviews for DBM is unethical.

- Not providing women with sanitary bins (or any bin in the bathroom) for a week or more is unethical.

- Not allowing downstairs managers upstairs to print company documents is unethical.

- Not allowing interviewers access to upstairs toilets when there is only one active toilet for everyone downstairs is unethical.

- Having cake and celebrating over the road for someone s birthday and telling the one part time employee that he can t join and has to continue working alone (in ear shot of the celebration) because he is part time is unethical.

- Allowing interviewers to work amongst violent colleagues is unethical.

- Allowing upper management to scream at interviewers and supervisors making them cry for no reason is unethical.

- Cancelling shifts on the day management are at a winery for Christmas drinks is unethical.

- Spending thousands of dollars on renovations upstairs and chucking a few foam things on the wall and creating an extremely tiny work space downstairs with no ventilation which in turn means we have to sit and smell our colleagues period blood and unwashed hair is unethical.
