Totally recommend that you send your electronic goods elsewhere for repair, customer service non-existent, a very unpleasant experience.

0/5 stars if I could. Sent my S7 away for repair after it got wet and wouldn't power on. They had it for a week and at no point did I receive any communication from them about the status of my repair, or whether they would even be able to do anything. They sent my phone back to the retailer. When I went to pick it up, they had not fixed my phone because the warranty was void (fine, my problem), but they hadn't even contacted me to offer a repair at my own cost. Even worse, they have actually damaged my phone even further - the back is now cracked and lifted off on one side. The "repair" report doesn't make sense, so I don't even know if it would be salvageable with another repairer, or if I'll at least be able to get my photos off it.

*UPDATE*
I sent a complaint to the company, which was forwarded to a manager. Absolutely no hint of an apology in their response whatsoever. Do not use this company if you can avoid it. Even if you are covered by warranty, pay someone else to do your repair.

I waited 10 working days for my phone to be repaired and they couldn't repair it so they just gave me a replacement BUT When I went into spark to collect it, it wouldn't read any sim card....so it's been sent back today and hopefully they get it right this time. Really strongly not happy.

My phone was given to this repairer , 24 days into repair the device has been claimed to be repaired 2 times on both occasions falsely claimed and now it back to them as they put put a scratch on screen while repairing 3 time Terrible

The woman at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful and came out to give us an in depth quote for heat pumps which was very competitive so we will use them

Excellent repair service! had my Galaxy S7edge sent there with a pink line on display problem. They fixed the problem and sent it back looking and feeling brand new! They replaced the scuffed up parts from general wear and tear as well.

Terrible company. Not recommended.

They just damage stuff and blame customers.
