Behavior Network's therapists are some of the most caring individuals I have ever come across. Each therapist is genuinely guided by the responsibility of service to others who are in need. They share in the joy of all their clients' successes, no matter how small or large!
After 1.5 months of service, and previously explained full coverage, we recieved a $3000.00 bill for back services. Amanda went over service costs with us prior to beginning therapy and assured me there would be no costs that weren t covered between our insurance and grants. Never during this time were we given any notification whatsoever that costs were being incurred. The 2 month lag in the business billing practices, along with neglect to notify us of costs as agreed, allowed enough of a balance to build up that the issue felt unethical.
In the initial contract I was weary of unexpected costs, and specifically wrote to stop services and notify parents immediately when costs were being incurred. Amanda let me know that since this is considered co-insurance, they reserve the right not to notify. The financial strain this put on our family was unreasonable and prevented our son from bring able to continue care.
Since terminating services with Behavior Network, we ve met a few other people who had the same issue.
Dr. Coffey and her team are absolutely amazing! The staff is well educated, trained, caring and motivated! Behavior Network is one of the only places I know that doesn t turn down the most difficult cases. Behavior Network gives people hope and inspiration. I highly recommend Behavior Network for anyone struggling with someone with Autism or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities! Dr. Coffey I can t thank you and your team enough for supporting Collin County. It is because of you and your team so many families are able to keep their loved ones in the community!
Behavior Network worked up an entire plan of care for my teenage daughter. They worked hard to connect all aspects of her life so we were all on the same page. They didn t just reach out to us as her parents but also to her school. They believe in complete transparency across the board and that has made a tremendous difference in the way treatment is received and applied.
My child has autism and the Behavior Network has been instrumental in both being a great resource and providing resources that we would know nothing about if not for them. They do so much work with the community and were able to provide additional outside help for us. Saying thank you will never be enough.
They are all about money here. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that is doing this for the right reasons and upholds their oath to not discriminate.
I couldn't recommend the wonderful people over at Behavior Network more highly than I already have to all of my friends, family, and even colleagues at the office. Anyone who works with this practice will very happy to have someone share the difficult experiences of having a child that requires this type of treatment!

I started with Behavior Network as a front-line therapist with zero ABA experience almost 2 years ago. In that short time, I have grown as a person and as an employee. I am now the first ever Corporate Trainer for our company. I spend my time finding quality staff, training/assessing staff skills, and teaching our families how to manage challenging behaviors in home safely. During my interviews, I am always thrilled when I share with applicants the kind of family we are. The Coffey's have gone above and beyond to show their dedication to their staff and compassion for our clients. They set goals of establishing a group home and residential treatment facilities, take on as many clients as they can, and provide families with the training they need to give their child a well-rounded ABA experience. I always dreamed to spend my life helping others, but never thought I would be in ABA; quite frankly I did not know what it was, and now I cannot imagine being anywhere else.
We started with Amanda before she opened her practice. I have nothing but nice things to say. She was with us from the very beginning of the Asperger's diagnosis through ARD meetings and now teenage years. She has fought with me to get my daughter what she needs and if she comes across another doctor that might benefit my daughter she lets me know about them.
The middle school my daughter attended thanked her for teaching them so much in the ARD process. They also said that they saw huge strides with my daughter over the 3 years at that school. She is now in high school about to start her sophomore year.
As for the ONE negative review I saw, it made me laugh a little. We have to be willing to trust the doctors/therapists with our child's care. You want to know the truth from someone who has studied the issues that our children struggle with everyday. Put the child first.

Our son was going through a hard time especially at school. As soon as we saw the signs we reached out for help from the Behavior Network. One of the most important aspects was the fact that they are in constant communication with his school making sure everyone is working together for the very best possible outcome.

Extremely disappointed in the conduct and behavior of this establishment. when mistakes are made, instead of owning up to it and working together to correct it, they lie and make up information to cover themselves. Think again before sending your child.
Our son has attended Behavior Network for over three years and he has progressively made improvements. I hold both the instructional and administrators staff with the highest regard because of their professionalism & ability to relate to the students and parents. They ve gone beyond measure in their ability to handle the severity of our son s aggressive behaviors. They ve also been able to educated us on corrective techniques to safely react to & limit his negative behaviors in our home. The positive behavioral changes & educational life skills advancements our son has made since beginning at Behavior Network have allowed us a stability & peace of mind in our home that we never thought we d be able to experience when he first began there!
The fact is that Behaviour Network spent more than 1 year doing therapy for my son and showed no results. My son has autism.

I have been working at Behavior Network since 2015. When I first started in the field of ABA, I fell in love. My first job left me wanting to do more in this field and the autism population. That s when Dr. Coffey found me. I met her and immediately knew this is where I wanted to be. I wanted not just a job but also a career and the path to getting promoted at Behavior Network is obtainable and clear unlike other companies. Every day, I enjoy coming into work because I know that I will get the support I need not just from my clinical director but Dr. Coffey and Jared as well. The Coffeys see their employees as family and will do what they can to make sure we are happy and safe.
