The very interesting permanent exhibition, 100% recommended to visit the evolution of telephones from switchboards (model with which you can interact as the old telephone operators) to the current mobile and fiber optics.
The temporary exhibition when I was there did not seem so interesting but nothing is lost by taking a quick look.

I can only say nice things about the building.

I can only say nice things about the building.
From the company, the products / services, the staff and the customer service I better shut up.
How can such a large and important company neglect its customers so much?

TV channels without problems.

TV channels without problems.
The internet connection on the mobile phone was offline in Galicia near Guitiriz, no calls or wassap worked, and no internet.
They have a faulty repeater antenna for several years and they do not repair it, but they charge it as if it will have these services, it is not normal.

The permanent telecommunication exhibition is a compendium of gadgets from various diogenes, nothing noteworthy or worthwhile.

Temporary exhibitions are usually quite curious, related to technology and very interactive. It is worth approaching to see them.

On the last floor there is a small auditorium in which it is very hot in summer, so people tend to fall asleep if the event is not very entertaining.

They have some exhibitions that could be great, if the egocentrism of a curator, such as that of the National Library, did not prevail due to the visitor's inability to read those dark and poorly designed large and small explanatory posters. I remember the exhibitions of Nicola Tesla and that of Julio Verne, very focused on the "artisteo" of said curator, but little to the permanence and enjoyment of the visitor. I left without finishing them.

The building will be very beautiful and everything you want. But unfortunately, the biggest swindle of scammers in Spain works inside. What a shame for MOVISTAR company and even more workers who, even knowing it, continue to scam and laugh at people

The Edificio Telefonica is a landmark building on Gran Via and the flagship store for Telefonica in Madrid. It's supposed to be Neo-Baroque, but it looks more like Art Deco to me. Although it's a landmark, I wouldn't go out of the way to see it unless you want to visit the store or museum inside.

Multi-storey building where, for example, in the 4th phone book, prior reservation and free of charge, it teaches you all the latest in virtual reality by acting yourself in the first person. And on the 2nd floor, the history of telecommunications, a small museum with guide and free but also with the entire history of communications from the morse and telegraph code to the optical fiber through the "bell" telephone and as they maintain a link with America or the Canaries through submarine cable. SPECTACULAR I recommend it.

Pathetic service and pathetic customer service. With Imagenio, continuous Wi-Fi and cable signal cuts make stable navigation impossible. Upload speeds of 0.3 to 0.5 GB, which they themselves recognize as bad for the 10 GB contracted and down from 3 to 5 GB. Router 4 years ago, with WEP security (instead of WPA / WPA2). They indicate that they come to change it: but 4 days later they neither call nor come. Call an attacked, almost loud and impolite person to ask if he has fixed the fault (how? Alone?). Customer service waiting times of 10, 15 minutes. Imagenio asks me to subscribe to contracted or non-paid channels, such as Neox. Of course, although it is their fault you have to claim yourself in another department: they cannot escalate the problem and offer the customer the solution without having to bother more if possible or contact that department to do it on your behalf, nor offer the discount equivalent to the time the service has not worked correctly.
