If you're over the age of 45 and male don't bother applying for a job on the I Work for NSW jobs portal with DFSI.
They're after young women only to enable compliance with their diversity and inclusiveness BS quotas.
It helps also if you know someone in there as cronyism and nepotism is rife.
Oh yeah I expect the usual data templates and motherhood statements to be released to deny this.
They will have you in for an interview and not even have the decency to let you know you didn't get the job. Extremely poor customer service imo!!!!
