I used Teledirect with just the simple answering service for 3 1/2 yrs. with few problems. Then there was an incident with the automated change in billing that didn't work once and I had to practically beg to get a credit. Then they said they had a problem with my credit card on file, which didn't happen with any other of our many accounts, and they immediately cancelled my service.

Having the answering service available is very important - if it's a critical service for you, you might think twice about using this service. They didn't call me before turning off the service, they only emailed and I didn't see the email. That's not the kind of service I expected.

I reached out to this company to complete an employment verification. I am pretty sure that the individual handling verification's has not been out of the office for a month. I emailed her on several different occasions and received no response and from what I'm being told if out on vacation. Usually, if you are out on vacation you have an automated response letting people know how long you will be out of the office. Not only could I not find this information out but the representative's answering my calls had not additional information to provide me with or transfer me to someone who could provide me with the answers I am looking for. How completely unprofessional and personally I feel sorry for the individuals that work for this company and decided to leave this company. It should not take this long to respond to a simple request after all the necessary documentation has been sent as requested in a timely matter.

I wish I could give this employer 0 stars. Teledirect is very unprofessional, please read this before applying to the work from home position. This company gives you the run around I have spoken to several reps and everyone has told me something different. At one point nobody was calling me back I was supposed to be hired and work back in September and here it is October and nothing has happened. I spoke with a Johnny finally after not hearing from someone in over two week and then he proceeds to apologize and tells me they can get me in the next training class and just wait for his call. Of course that call never came I had to call twice and emailed them then he finally calls me back on October 17th to tell me they are on a hiring freeze but they are still have the ad running on Indeed. I emailed the director back in September and she has yet to reply. Please and I repeat don't apply for this company this definitely not my opinion this happened to me.

One of the greatest jobs I've had so far. Such a comfortable environment and very helpful staff and bosses. I'd go back if I had to! I gained tech skills that landed me a much higher paying job lol kudos to TD for pushing me further into the corporate world!
