I used Teledirect with just the simple answering service for 3 1/2 yrs. with few problems. Then there was an incident with the automated change in billing that didn't work once and I had to practically beg to get a credit. Then they said they had a problem with my credit card on file, which didn't happen with any other of our many accounts, and they immediately cancelled my service.
Having the answering service available is very important - if it's a critical service for you, you might think twice about using this service. They didn't call me before turning off the service, they only emailed and I didn't see the email. That's not the kind of service I expected.
