Poor customer services, unskilled workers holding positions they are clearly not fit for.
Don't really like the new layout. Whats with these new kiosk type layouts nowadays anyway? Its annoying. Compared to before you'd just take a number and have a seat and wait to be called. Whereas now you stand in a line and pray that the person ahead being served doesn't take an hour.
Friendly service . Can be a little busy sometimes though ... centrally located in heart of city .
service is pathetic ! have been trying to connect internet at home from February but still running around with TFL ! I think their technician is coming from out of different galaxy that is why they keep telling me technician is coming.....
Only positive feedback. I went to their offices on 07/12/2020 and Ireen helped me very well and explained everything I needed to know. Today I contacted their support via the website and Telia helped me within 5 minutes the "issue" was solved. Thank you TFL-Staff.

Pathetic service. Applications done in March..till to date no connection. As per the plan..iam allowed 150 gb for the month..but they continue to ration data they provide on complementary wifi they have provided. Its not my fault that connection hasn't been done. I called in to the contact center...for the top up..all my details were taken but Sera said she cant promise when top up can be done. I told her that I'm not at home and need to keep a sight on my home..n without data that's not possible. She said she would call me back..but no call till now. I will surely blame TFL if any mishaps happens at my house
I paid 3 months advanced payment for my internet account with TFL but their internet service has not been working for 5 days now after reporting instantly on the first day. I have called in about 8 times within the 5 days but they keep saying that technicians can t attend to it because it s rainy.....what a pathetic excuse!! Bills are sent on time but their customer service has taken 5 days so far. Pathetic ISP. Not recommend.
The service provided at the TFL shop could be improved in terms of time spent in the line awaiting service at the counter. TFL should have a number/ticket system and more cashiers at any one time. Being there three times now, very slack staff and service provided. I would rather try another carrier for broadband services.
Pathetic service with very poor comunication skills and professionality. Landline ia not working till a month now. Complain lodged but no action.
Telecom Shop have internet kiosk, bill payments, business solutions, mobile phones and more... profesional and helpful staffs.
