This place sucks. We tried them as our outsourced IT department but soon dropped them. It takes them unreasonable time to resolve certain issues, there is no live human interaction unless they initiate it, only email. Very unreliable in terms of scheduling, nearly impossible to get a physical person to come, all of your servers literally need to be down for that to happen. It seems that they are severely understaffed and without any proper management. The owner, michael fried, is a fast-talking, slick and very cheap guy with the goal of taking as much of your money as he can while giving as little back as possible. His sidekick and co-owner, yosef baumtardgten, has absolutely no people skills, is very rude and will interrupt you multiple times before you even finish describing the problem to him. After that he won't even help you and transfer you to someone else without any details and you have to explain everything all over again. Stay away from this company, try any other company and you will at least know that you did not pick the worst one of them all.
