Bad experience, AGAIN. Absentmindedly went to this location and kicked myself while waiting in another long line. There is no excuse -- Covid or otherwise -- for ostensibly poor management. No matter what the owner says, this is about UPS -- a company I have a shipping account with -- having its customers wait behind Amazon's. I will be following up this complaint with a call to UPS customer care. No need for the owner to respond, I won't be back.

I have visited this location at least four times in the past two months and have had a terrible experience. My advice, go to another location or use USPS or FedEx! I was in the store for about 90 seconds after a 20+ minute wait in windy, freezing cold conditions today. Someone should be available to scan and accept UPS dropoffs -- not just poorly packaged/ unpackaged Amazon returns -- without such a delay. Especially with a 3 person in-store limit.

The lines may be long, but customer service is always on point. The location is small so I get it, especially during COVID. It would be helpful to have someone do check-ins outside for customers who are just doing a quick drop off. I experienced this service once at this location and found it super convenient.

I needed to have a document notarized. I called the store and reviewed the notary service information on their website. The automated information provided via phone indicated this store has a notary service and refers you to the store s website. I reviewed the information about the notary service on their website. The website indicates the notary service is scheduled by appointment. I made an appointment and when I arrived at the store I was told that I need to get in line and the notary service is not by appointment but by first come first serve. In addition I tried to call the store to get additional information prior to my scheduled appointment but no one answered the phone call. This is terrible customer service and information.
