Absolutely terrible service and rude people. Impossible to talk to a human being and always sent to a voicemail. GO ELSEWHERE! I would give zero stars if it was possible.

With technology every now and then there will always be issues. How a company handles these issues, how they service and support you should be key indicators if you should do business with them or not. AMX Canada and Techni-Contact have never failed me, they stand behind their products and have always stepped up when needed. It is clear that they want to earn your long term business and not just your short term business. For that they have earned my business, my respect, and my loyalty. I know that every time I work with them my clients will be in good hands by using AMX and any of the products Techni-Contact supplies.

Terrible service and rude, arrogant salespeople. No service department to handle repairs or requests. Very much a "we're so smart and you're so stupid!" type of company. Save yourself the aggravation, GO ELSEWHERE!
Hi owner. Thank-you for your reply. I will certainly contact your sales manager but this in and of itself won't change the attitude and behaviour of the sales staff. This must be done by your company through proper training, education and hiring practices. Maybe you inadvertently deleted me from your database or are looking at the wrong database. Do you have an in-house repair department or are you still outsourcing repairs that take forever to complete? Thank-you
