I have been dealing with Techni-Contact for 15+ years and have always received the utmost in professional service and care. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain things clearly. They always ensure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Personally, I would ignore the negative reviews listed here because they can t possibly be referring to the same Techni-Contact as I am!
