Terrible service and rude, arrogant salespeople. No service department to handle repairs or requests. Very much a "we're so smart and you're so stupid!" type of company. Save yourself the aggravation, GO ELSEWHERE!

Hi owner. Thank-you for your reply. I will certainly contact your sales manager but this in and of itself won't change the attitude and behaviour of the sales staff. This must be done by your company through proper training, education and hiring practices.
Maybe you inadvertently deleted me from your database or are looking at the wrong database.
Do you have an in-house repair department or are you still outsourcing repairs that take forever to complete?
