Always beautiful, a theatrical space not to be missed

Particular place to spend an evening just to have a drink with friends

Very nice as a place, you can dance like playing foosball or have a chat while drinking a beer

A minimalist island of culture that helps you immerse yourself in the show

A major flaw is the difficulty in reaching the place because there are no nearby parking lots or public transport

Painful music and completely dark chemical toilets, the rest ok

The location is very impressive but I don't like the theater itself. I don't like the stage like that, you lose the magic.

Watching a movie, in original language, in this outdoor movie theater was an experience I can't wait to relive!

You could compare it to "Il Cinema in Piazza" (Piazza S. Cosimato, Ostia, Cervelletta) but this event is just top notch because of the location and architecture.

The tickets are free, but you can't reserve a spot in advance, so I highly recommend being punctual because there are only 154 seats available. Social-distancing is respected and enforced, by having chairs fixed to the ground in a sequence of "a pair" + "single" seating.

The movies are projected in original language with Italian subtitles (I adore this!), and the screening calendar is very promising.

For an after-movies-drink-n-food, in the same spot there's The India Bar which offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and pitas! The prices are reasonable.

It's always a cool place, even if yesterday there was a huge mess and only an open bar

The fairy tale staged by the company Teatro delle Apparizioni has fascinated children and even teachers!

Nice theater with a large open space, I was there at the beginning of July and I suffered with the rest of the public due to the poor functioning of the air conditioning, but the beauty of the show I attended ("Rock Symphony") repaid me of the heat.

Very beautiful and striking the post industrial site, the shows offer very varied and interesting. Too bad the lack of parking nearby, and catering .. definitely will be for the lack of funds available for the Italian theater in our country. Sin!

Minimal place, with a lot of outdoor space useful for fairs and events ...

It's in a remote place. Parking is not signposted and the main entrance is not easily seen and overlooks a high-speed road where it is impossible to stop. The theater has a single entrance / exit and huge rows are created. The light from the direction from behind disturbs the last rows and from the hall you could hear the external noise of the rain.
The show was pleasant but the journey was very tiring (a friend of mine arrived 5 min after the show began and they did not let him in, I hope they will repay him).
If you are not in the area go to a closer theater.

Rome had its factories and this theater is a case of intelligent and creative reuse. The place is lovely.

Very nice place in summer, fresh, large and modern. Prices a bit high for mediocre street food. Music more or less beautiful depending on the evening. Very busy on the weekend

Safety is a troglodyte, and if you don't book the deckchairs make you stand up. They told us they are confidential.

A small almost amateur theater near the gazometro. Probably an old factory readapted to the need. Parking not very close but still in the area. Entertainment very entertaining at affordable cost. To try again

Wonderful location in which to attend quality theater performances

Good space diversification (open air) and free entry. Music comes everywhere, but sometimes it is too high and you can't even talk beyond the walls where you dance.

Suggestive place. It is as if an old building comes back to life among the ruins of the long Roman Tiber.

Once establishments of Mira Lanza, now industrial architecture, lent to the theater. The places are suggestive and the Argentine theater keeps an interesting program for this space.

It deserves a lot for the external presentation, but inside the space is reduced and with all the occupied places you can't breathe, external parking lots far from the entrance.

Crowded, unfriendly atmosphere, few stalls, disappointment.

I was there as a performer and I must say that it has the advantage of having good accessibility to the stage even for those with problems. But be careful of the step that could risk sending you down in the audience if you have a low vision like me .. as a spectator, I think there are no problems.

A suggestive place, an interesting and often experimental program.

The India Theater is a theater of the Teatro di Roma circuit, located in a non-traditional space near the old gazometro, a program of repertoire shows, but above all Italian and foreign contemporary authors. Personally I appreciated, among others The work of Eleonora Danco

Really an excellent job of restoring a former industrial area. It offers interesting proposals from cinema to theater to dance evenings, always original and often with particular attention to social issues and solidarity. I recommend watching this summer's programming because it looks very promising!

A very nice place ... redeveloped ... two stars only because the chairs are placed in a position that is not perfect and also because of a lighting so that you cannot enjoy the faces of the actors from half seated up .... another improvement a real bar instead of the squalid coffee machines. But if the show deserves I suggest you go ... maybe in a hurry to get better seats

Picturesque frame of old buildings used as refurbished factories and made available free of charge, always interesting events, several bars with honest prices, various table football and deckchairs at will Bella drink a cocktail (in plastic cups) on the deckchairs in the evening with your friends.

I love this place, large and welcoming, during the summer season they organize cult and themed evening. There is always a lot of people and you can relax on vintage deckchairs that recall the old days!

The programming is interesting. The location of great impact. The bad organization in any form; from the poorly placed seats, to the lack of a bar, the theater case that has no change, the coffee machines that don't give the rest, the bad lighting.

Very nice (I was in the summer) and it was unusually quiet. We enjoyed the open-air evening and the outdoor cinema.

Modern theater, not very high, with various rooms. Technically nice. Staff organized but not very nice. Exhaust not very close but flat.

Ideal place for Roman evenings. You can also dine on the spot and then there is also live music. I went back several times this summer because it was great, the prices are average and the location is wonderful.
