For your pipes business you have your call center with Vishnu Solutions Managed by Ajay Kundal. This Vishnu Solutions is the worst call center in entire West Bengal they cheat their employees and as well as there clients. Please go through their review in Google they don't provide their employees with basic necessities like sanitization, PF paid leaves. Why such an eastimed company like yours do business with them.

Though the infrastructure are well but the worker are out of that range. management and office staff behave badly with worker and management ,office staff taking performance advantage from the company through incentives , increments etc. During lock down ,no availability of bus , train etc management person giving order to come all worker to the Gurap factory to their own risk. How is it possible right now? is the factory out of india ? that it is not obeying PM's announcement of lock down ? how is it possible to cover around 50-80 km by bicycle or walking to reach the factory? if police arrest on the way who will take responsibility? This demand is against the PM, CM's order. the economical situation allover world is not well but still this is not the proper way.. everyone is suffering from economical damages.owner of skipper should not misbehave with their worker in this situation.
