So far I have no complaints absolutely love my job and looking forward to many more fun activities to do with this company

I did not like the how they have you show up on Saturday for unpaid orientation?? Even if you have a license. You have to sit through 7 hours of boredom. The instructor is not military nor security background...constantly went off topic. He put the entire class in jeopardy by not wearing a mask!!!!! Talking over our drinks and coughing. I was so uncomfortable i walked out. With my experience. Security jobs come a dime a dozen and this was not worth me dying over!!

Such a fun place to work! Great company to work and get trained in various things in security at no cost. Free guard card training is a major plus too. Highly recommend!

A very small nickel and dime opperation. They cant even afford direct depsoit. And dont have alot of hours..about 4 per day.

These guys are an complete joke. When asked to help for a hit and run situation they just laughed and fumbled giving any information to help us.

Horrible.... we paid for security and we are paying someone to SLEEP on the job and watch videos on his phone... he's not even looking outside... see the attached image. I even talked to him through our Nest camera system (a better investment than this company, for sure!) and he answered me with attitude and went right back to sleep...

Two weeks ago I worked with a co-worker that went around talking about a hit list he has. The company let him go for safety issues for there co-workers. Come to find out T.E.A.M Security hired him. Now every time I go to a show or event I get to wonder if someone that is suppose to be protecting us could be wanting harm. To make things worse I know this guy has restraining orders against him so how did he pass his background check if one was ever done.

I worked here for approximately 2 months. I was told it was a part time position but I should expect close to full time hours. That was not the case. The way the company is structured is in such a way as to limit contact between applicants and even employees and the "actual staff" ie managers, supervisors etc. Despite being an employee you are treated almost like an independent contractor, responsible for calling in and essentially begging to be scheduled for work. They are constantly hiring but have a core crew of long term employees with seniority who get first pick. You can work a music festival for a week straight then be told there are no available hours for a month. The people were alright but it seems like the receptionists have orders not to let callers through to management and will tell you to send an email to some anonymous email address even if you ask for someone by name. When I did get hours the staff seemed fairly competent and professional bit could take themselves a bit too seriously. Oh and just a weird note, you show up to jobs in a black or white T-shirt and black pants then they issue you a company polo FOR THE DAY and then you give it back to be laundered. Not necessarily bad just bizarre. If you need a job but don't need money right now it's not the worst choice.

I worked for this company last year 2019 from February to July and i loved it.it was fun exciting and rewarding.the staff and managers were friendly and helpful.i wish i didnt have to leave the company but i had no choice.if i could i would go back in a heart beat to work for them again.thanks for giving me the opportunity to work for you all.

If your looking to get into Security and are not sure try here, they do unarmed and armed, they happily except veterans, happy job hunting.

Horrible work conditions. Poor management. Low pay. No pay for orientation which they count as your guard card class. You pay $80 for the application and fingerprint fees then after a huge amount of hours they reimburse you all but $8. They bring shirts to the event and if they are out of your size you just have to make do with what is left. Serious lack of communication all around.

This chick at Jack in the box on mill avenue is rude a jerk and overall has a horrible attitude. I don't know name but she's short stalky and blonde. I asked the store manager about why she was being so incredibly rude to patrons of the restaurant and he said he didn't know just that he gets complaints all the time about her and wishes that she wouldn't be there. He said she just like that and I told him that's unexceptable. I worked for a bigger security company here in the valley and I would have fired her in 2 seconds if she acted like this. Your there to provide a service and be kind even if you have an off day. You are required to be polite kind and smile while doing security it's called manners. If you can't then dont work that day. I want an apology from her and a change to that post. Please put someone else there as she clearly can't do her job. Have her guard a parking garage when she isnt around people as she needs an attitude adjustment. It's a bad look for your company...

There is a security company by the name of team security that has an officer stationed in the parking lot of the Buffalo Exchange Center on University in Tempe, Arizona. This guy really knows what he's doing and he is very serious about his job at first I laughed thinking come on it's just a security guard but as time went on there was on evening wear I forgot my bike lock to my bike I didn't know what I was going to do so I asked this gentlemen if he could help me out. Of course he went through the usual he wasn't responsible bit but he did it and he watched my bike and nobody stole it. This guy's name is Richard Tom and if security companies gave out Rewards or bonuses for a job well done he should definitely be in the running for it. Next I had the opportunity to meet the supervisor he drives around a white van in the evening time what a great guy very professional actually there were two of them one is a Hispanic gentleman and the other is big white boy with a red beard. Anyway this company is always very professional and they deserve High accolades good job well done team security!!

TEAM Security is the best event security company in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Their guards are well trained and always professional. I never have to worry about anything when I hire TEAM. They always keep my events running smoothly.

I work here and love it! The co-workers are awesome and the supervisor/management staff are even better. They are always willing to work with you if you need the extra help. :)

And working events with them is always awesome. The amount of laughs and enjoyment I actually get from working with everyone here is better then almost every other place I have ever worked at.

Horrible can't even hve one person stay in office to answer phone hve been trying to hve them mail out my last check say need forms to hve at mailed but yet none that to go an pic it up . itvis rum very poorly no wonder. They hve such a high turn over rate. I give them less then a star uf could
