We order a lot of specialty merchandise for our restaurant brands and Team Phun always provides exceptional product quality, attention to detail, and great service. If you want a top notch personalized product, these guys will make it happen!

The phellas at Team Phun were a wonderful team to work with. Our event needed a complete merchandise booth rebuild from scratch and that's exactly what they helped us to do. Sean is a wonderful account manager and was always concerned with taking care of our printing and merchandise needs. Jared is a phenomenal designer and was able to create a new design for our event that we'd never tried before, and it was a huge hit. It sold out! Jesse brings years of merchandising and printing knowledge to the team and rounds them out created the perfect threesome (in a non x-rated way). Don't forget Ralph (aka Pops) the lucky rooster! Be sure to rub his belly when you stop by the office and he's sure to bring you good luck. I would highly recommend the team, products and service that Team Phun provides. On 9/8/2018 you will find them slinging shirts and rocking the merchandise booth at the annual San Diego 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb with big smiles on their phaces!

I have been looking for quality merchandise for the past year in San Diego and I am so happy I found Team Phun. Their products are amazing, but their customer service is second to none! I have had the pleasure to work directly with Ashley on all my projects. Every question I had for her she had a prompt and professional answer. She also gave me advice on designs that she saw wouldn't work, rather than sell me on something just to make a sale. Felt like she was actually apart of my business. 10/10 would recommend Team Phun!

Had the pleasure of working with Team Phun to source a product for a client. All the members of the "team" that I encountered were excellent, but I had the distinct privilege to work primarily with Brittany. She provided the kind of service I aim to give my customers. Specifically, I felt she "owned" my project all the way through. When an issue did arise, as happens from time to time with custom products, Brittany informed me and gave me two suitable remedies from which to choose. That's how it should be done!

We first used Team Phun for a bulk order of customized plastic cups. Sean and his team were really helpful in finding the right cup and quantity that fit our budget. Bo Mitchell was extremely helpful with offering different types of water bottles for my spa to give customers. His emails were informative with pictures, examples, and unit pricing so it was easy to show the owners of the spa. 10/10!

Problem with the hats... the embroidery on lettering and art is SO beautiful n classy, I have to keep passing it around to show interested people... feedback is that they've never seen such 'classy' workmanship!
