really pathetic services, I will never ever deal with this courier company & i will make sure that my social circle follow the same. They dont even deserve single star. One of their respective agent call me saying that we schedule your order for tomorrow so stay at that address with your emirates ID otherwise they cannot deliver it to you. I cancelled my all outdoor appointments to get this done but they didn't deliver or even inform me that they are not coming. when i called after so many minutes, they pick up the call and after long inquiry they told me that we didn't schedule your order and we will deliver you tomorrow by hook or crook. and next day even no answer from them after many long calls.
This is the worst courier company I have seen so far.
They have delay the delivery for more than a week. Everyday I get a sms that the package is out for delivery but it is not delivered and the irony is the status shows person not available.
Couple of days I got a call from their drivers they confirm the time and location but never show up and I ended wasting my day waiting for them. One of the days I even kept following up with the driver about the delivery and he kept saying yes sir will come before 6. But the same out come no delivery. Seems like the company does not have any control over the process/drivers.
Its surprising how RAK Bank can give contract to such a unprofessional company.

WORST service its been 2 days, they dint collect the item from Abudhabi Musaffa. If we try to call them they will never connect the line.

I recieved my passport from BLS through TEAM EXPRESS courier.
I recieved the passport on time and their coordination was excellent .Thanks BLS for using TEAM EXPRESS as your carrier for delivering passports
2 days of calling only got through once. Still no sign of my package or no one calling to arrange delivery. Pathetic!
Item delivered well within team. Seems to be in perfect condition. Delivery boy was very well mannered and seems like they have good protocol. Would recommend.

Worst experience ever had with a courier service.
Such a poor costomer service, each time each representative's will give different different delivey schedule and the delivery agent is replying like we borrowing something from them!!!
It's been 4 day's, didn't recieved my shipment yet.

Zero Star. The worst ever company in the UAE. My bank has given them card on 3rd October while today is 14th October still they did not deliver my card. They are not even reachable to contact them. If they answer phone they will talk to you in a very unprofessional and pathetic way.

I was expecting a delivery yesterday and to my surprise it got returned to them with no reason mentioned in their tracking system. I called today to find out that they couldn t deliver it to me due to being loaded with other shipments! Which basically means mine is not as important! Anyway, a common sense is that all delayed shipments should be given priority and to be delivered next day (which is today), but no! I have to call and follow up to arrange for delivery! That is ridiculous!
Now they are promising someone will call within 15 minutes.. and from the reviews I see here I think it s better I go collect it myself!
Update: they promised to deliver my shipment way before 5:30pm which they did.. to be honest, although the experience started in a negative way but I can t help but commend the call centre agent and the follow up team members who contacted me to assure me a speedy resolution to my complaint.. even the rider was extremely polite and helpful.. my advice is to ensure that backlog due to public holidays should be managed and planned for in advance to ensure that this issue won t happen again.. thank you for resolving my issue to my satisfaction..
