I loved that there is a big walking area so you can watch the game if you don't want to sit at your seats. Good stadium. Beer is way to expensive

Go to the Redblacks games through work and have great seats by the field. Great atmosphere with great fans. Wonderful facility.

GNR Amazing show. Great venue. If you are going to watch something here and they are offering the shuttle from city hall or the post office use the post office. Got out very quickly.

Season ticket holder for many years 67s best local hockey

We were at TD Place for Piano Guys concert. There was an AC or some kind of air filter system that was working all the time and we couldn't hear the music properly. We complained to the staff - nothing was done.
I complained twice to TD place after the concert, sent video, but never even heard "Sorry" not even talking about reimbursement of my tickets.
What a shame! Really bad customer service.

Well laid out, and the restaurants and shops are great

Great concert. Professional staff. They turned on the overhead heaters by accident, but one quick text later everything was corrected.

The atmosphere during a football game is fantastic!

You can easily enjoy any sporting event and concert at this venue and usually with a minimal impact on your wallet if you play fair

Best addition to Ottawa since its inception. the addition of all the restaurants, pubs an stores is brilliant. Going there for a football, hockey, soccer games or concerts ends up being a blast by being able to spend the day there and stay a little later

OMG Northside Stands are a security risk. Sound a fire or other emergency alarm and you get dozens of dead spectators. People push and bully their way through the crowd just to end up waiting 20 minutes for an overpriced beer.

Everything looks really nice, but is far too expensive.

We watched the first musical TD hosted here and it didn't go very well. We provided our feedback as a way to better improve should they want to host another musical in the future. TD responded to our feedback in a positive and professional manner.
The staff here are friendly, it's well maintained but very humid inside

So many choices for restaurants and shops.
Come a couple of hours before a game if you want a table.
In warm weather there are many outdoor options and live music.
Underground parking is very convenient. Many shops offer a discount on parking.

Could be better signage to navigate towards seats. Otherwise, everything looks good and a great experience.

67 's hockey game are at a fair price compared to other events.

The venue was fine, although concession prices were a little steep.
The parking experience (in the underground lot) was atrocious. Bad enough that I would probably choose not to go back if I needed to park there again.

Got to see a show a TD place. I found that the stuff was really well organized. Place was really clean. Easy to follow parking with lots of space. A little expensive.

Stadium is in the centre of a well laid out entertainment area. Is well served by public transit and has decent parking.

I don't understand why the stadium has two open ends. It makes attending games there surreal a bit. I guess the administration fears expanding too quickly and leaving a halfempty stadium, but a halfempty stadium is still better than the half stadium that is now there.

An excellent stadium, arena, and general place to be for any fun, any time!!! The football, hockey, and soccer are great, and the concessions available are excellent! Really clean and new with good viewing angles....

Also excellent places right next door to go have a drink or three before/after games or concerts.

Was there for the NHL 100 Classic outdoor game between Ottawa and Montreal. Living in the west end, TD Place is not convenient. No parking available - we lucked out and got amazingly close in the surrounding neighbourhood - 2 min walk. Many restaurant choices, but obviously not enough for the masses of people given the outrageous lineups at every location and it was a cold night to be standing outside before sitting outside for a long time! Despite relatively good seats, at outrageous price, it was a terrible location for a hockey game - too far away from the rink to see well enough. Others were too low down to see. And it was simply too cold. Terrible washrooms. Uncomfortable seats. I'll take the CTC and its problems any day.

Ottawa 67's this would be the second time of the situation with my ticket the last time the change the date the TD place they were reasonable to change it for another day but today is still a situation today they change the time if I didn't call them I would have missed out on the game instead of being at 7 p.m. they change it at 3 p.m. I am not very impressed by the way the change dates change times and oh yeah not refundable on your tickets it would be better if they would be able to work things out if they change the time or date that's not our problem that's their problem I am a big fan of Ottawa 67's I don't feel that is right what they're doing and yeah it would be nice if they would answer their phone and be able to speak to somebody it's very nice to leave a message but to get back to me you don't that is not fair at all things have to change for better or it may get worse my opinion not happy not happy on matter

The venue is clean and the staff are eager to assist or help. I enjoyed a 67s game with my family and we all had a great time. Wow... don't buy beer here, for the prices they charge, walk accoss the street to Craft.

Metal seats for Classic 100 NHL game at -25! Rude security, slow moving lines. They could do better. If the metal detector goes off for person in front of you, you re stuck waiting. Better signage of bag lines and express would be helpful.

Great venue for concerts, and sporting events with lots of parking.

By far worst experience ever! Ruined my experience at my first UFC fight night. With no AC and a sold out arena it was disgustingly hot in the arena. At one point I almost felt like I could faint. Sadly I paid for tickets but watched most of the fights from the TVs in the halls of the concession stands because It was cooler than where I was sitting.
Paid 50 dollars for bottled water just to stay hydrated and "cool." TD place took advantage of the heat by charging 4.25 a bottle. If you don't have a proper AC system at least charge half price for your water! I realize they can't control the heat outside. But you certainly should be able to control the heat for your guests who PAID to be there! Will never go back to this arena again. If you want to be a world class event host, act like one!! If I could rate this venue a 0 I would have.

TD place is one of the best place in the city at this place a bigger Tim Hortons is must and burger king or Harvey's .

Expensive food and drinks but what else can you expect. The new stadium is bright and beautiful and clean. They could use a few hundred extra toilets ;)

Went to Fury game. No problem getting there and parking wasn't an issue, even with Bluesfest happening.

Nicely renovated spot to watch the RedBlacks games. Seats aren't comfortable though but that's expected.

Great guest experience but prices for food and beverages are steep.

This is the ultimate sport, restaurant and night time experience. You will experience atmosphere, sport rivalry, parks, basketball courts, skating rink. There is even a farmers market on the weekend with the best of what our local producers can provide. Enjoy life and experience TD. It s worth it!

Went there for a game and not great weather and pretty open to the elements. Lines for food was long and selection limited and pricy

Great time and a fun atmosphere for any crowd, wether with the family or out with friends.

Great sports atmosphere and relatively easy entrance & exit on a big game day.

Architecture of South side is still catches my eye each time.
STADIUM:
PROS:North sire benefits from well laid out vertical circulation and covered roof for rain
CONS :Typically stadium seating, not very comfortable, typical stadium food markups and typical limited selection especially vegetarian options.
ARENA:
Pros:due to small size not many bad seats in the building, more comfortable seating than stadium
No substantial cons

The site could be tremendously improved if one could access the seating plan before buying tickets.

seems only people complaining are the ones that went to UFC night lol what do you expect ya donkies the civic centre although updated is still quite old. Stop whining. RRRRRRRRRRREDBLACKS

There're cinemas, shopping centres, sports gym, restautants, etc. Almost everything.

Stadium great. Service fair. Prices and food poor. Washrooms poorly maintained

Very modern looking arena and many stores and an amazing hockey arena and football field. The best arena I have been to.

Always something happening, the Farmer's market is chalk full of fresh local produce. Great selection of restaurants with patios.

Very nice stadium....the entries are not friendly to large crowds....
