It's a great area, fairly well managed but the venue itself was just horrible. The event we went to was in the 67s arena and it must have been 40 degrees inside. I wouldn't be surprised if someone died from heatstroke there. The seats are way too small for the average person, zero leg room and you could hear the staff yelling and talking during the show. $13 for a beer. $4.25 for a bottle of water. Price gouging at its best. Personally I won't go out of my way to go here in the future. Larger events would better held at CTC or somewhere else with air conditioning.
Getting in and out are the worst but the venue is amazing
Beer and food are pricey but redblacks games are always a blast.
The facility is very inviting and clean. The staff is very friendly and strives to make every guest feel welcome. The facility is wonderful for watching live acts or sports.
There is lots of restaurants and activities on the grounds, and it has a wonderful playground/skate park for the kids.
Air conditioning was not working during our show. Made it so uncomfortable that he had to leave mid show. Disappointing.
Always great especially when you win free hockey tickets!
The football stadium is beautiful, but the hockey arena is still not renovated. It is essentially the original Civic Centre. The seats and layout is the same as always. There were literally broken and mold stained sound tiles above our seats. Hopefully they renovate the arena over the summer.
The parking is inadequate for even small events. Use public transportation for sure. They give you a window of time to leave the lot. It impossible to meet this deadline during events. I.e. everyone leaving at once. When I finally got yo the exit I owed more money!
I enjoyed the event, but parking before the event, and leaving as well were both pretty brutal.
Great in stadium services the handicapped. Great sight lines
Very nice and clean. Good to watch a OHL hockey came
Home of the Ottawa Fury, have a season's ticket and I think it's a good value for your entertainment dollar.
I visit a lot of arenas and stadiums and I can say that this place was insanely clean. I was quite impressed with the entire facility. I will definitely be returning. Was a lot of fun visiting and being part of the crowd.
Fun place to go with the kids ! Lots of room and friendly staff and volunteers
Lots of restaurants ,stores ,great movie theater not to mention home of professional football in Ottawa and semi pro hockey /soccer fun place to see and be seen formerly Lansdowne park
Came for have dinner at a restaurant and go to cineplex and all the parking is reserves for the hockey game!!!!! Owners of businesses should say something about it, there are a lot of people that just want to go out and have a good time.
I love me some Redblacks, but the whole experience is amazing. I take friends who don't even watch football and they love the atmosphere. Fans can get a tad rowdy so if you take your kids they may hear some new swear words, but overall everyone is super nice.
The double-letter sections in the North side are sheltered under the roof and in the shade in the blasting heat of summer.
Great place. Nothing going on the afternoon we were there but it was still neat to see it.
Quality venue. The stadium traffic is a bit of a pain but the acoustics and the sight lines from north to south are both solid.
Great atmosphere and extremely clean. Very well renovated and looks really nice. There's a good park that is well used by the community and the shops and restaurants are pretty good too. Overall a very nice place to hang out. There seems to be something going on here every weekend
Saw the Trevor Noah show here last night. I was returning from Montreal and had to drive straight to the venue.
Access from Bank was very slow but this was during rush hour. I parked a little over an hour and a half before the event and walked around the shops to find something to eat. The eating options were all sitdown places except for a burger place that had a lineup of thirty people. I decided to eat something at Whole Foods. I had to grab a seat in their cafe because the eating area was packed.
My wife took an Uber to join me. She hit bank and chamberlain around 7:00 and traffic was still so bad that google showed that it would take 24 min to drive down six blocks. She took O Connor and got off at Holmwood.
It was now 15 min before showtime so we hustled over to TD place to find a lineup outside the doors. Things moved slowly and I was surprised at how inefficient they were at moving the crowd.
The venue itself was the hockey arena. The seats were cramped and the layout was a bit confusing. We actually watched the opening acts in the wrong section before the people who had our seats showed up. We had to move just as Trevor Noah came on stage.
Leaving was just as slow. The show had started late and we were now exiting just as the next show was slated to begin. Once again I was suprised at how poorly managed it was. No one was directing flow and it was just a barrage of people heading in opposing directions.
We got to my car in the underground parking and I realized there wasn t a pay kiosk in the stairwell we came down in. I hunted around and came across one with a lineup out the door. My fellow captives and I commented on how traffic wasn t moving. The same white Hyundai had been stopped outside the kiosk for ten minutes.
When I finally got to the kiosk it wouldn t read any of my cards. I had twenty dollars in my pocket so I fortunately had the option to use cash. I didn t stick around to see if anyone else had the same issue.
I finally got to the parking gate forty-five minutes after the show ended. There was an attendant holding the gate open and manually taking tickets. Outside police were directing traffic on Queen Elizabeth.
Trevor Noah himself was excellent but the logistics surrounding the entire evening were terrible. The venue is built specifically for large gatherings but the supporting infrastructure is inadequate. I would definitely recommend that you always take public or professional transportation to this venue and anticipate long lineups. If you want to eat beforehand you should make a reservation as the numerous onsite restaurants all seemed overwhelmed.
You have a variety of restaurants to choose from. There is also a Winner store on site.
I absolutely love the vibe & energy of TD place! Lots of exciting events coming up in 2020!
i was in the VIP SECTION but i would suggest that they offer more choices for vegetarians or people that love to eat fish or seafood.
Went to a midday Ottawa Fury game. Clean venue, seats were way more comfortable than I expected. Lineups at concessions we're pretty long so I went without a midgame snack.
Wish that the TD place had better food selections. Other than that, great to go for sporting events and shows.
Third time. Washroom are plentiful, food lines are quick, never have to wait long for anything, and the shuttle service for hockey and football games are timely and easy to use.
It is not bad for Ottawa in the Summer. Forget it during the Canadian Winter. I have seen nicer places.
Staff were really great. Helpful and pleasant. The cost of food was not out of this world as it is at other venues in the city which is an added bonus!
Nice open air stadium parking is very tight green light doesn't always mean open spot underground
It's an interesting place and it's pretty cool. There is no good parking.
This is a great location for both sporting events and musical shows. I came here mostly for concerts, and the floor tickets are very close to the stage which I appreciated. The entire venue is small enough that most seats have a great view. Would recommend it to anyone who likes music!
The facility is impressive looking however the accessibility for wheelchairs is difficult. There is only one elevator which is designated as for staff only. The staff are friendly but have limited knowledge of the few accessibility features. We had to go the length of the facility several times before getting to our destination. I do not recommend this facility to any person who has mobility difficulties.
I've been to 3 events great size for a venue and has been attracting some great acts but the concerts are way too loud
First time there since the renovations, great job! Very impressed!
Football Game atmosphere great food terrible price wise beer in stands 15 big ones for a Stella in a can water 4 bucks I know it is 2018 but that is over the top in my books.
Love attending events here but utilizing OC Transpo or Shuttle buses is a must. Smaller facility perfect for smaller market teams
The entertainment center of Ottawa. Great sporting and entertainment events. Quality shops and restaurants. There is no better spot to spend you weekend/holidays than TD Place!
Beautiful place for a concert. Very good restaurants around.
Went for a family day. They had deals on 1$ bottle of pop, great! Bottle of water however, 3.50$. That's right, healthy alternative is crazy expensive.
Great place to take the family too. Many things to do for all ages.
What a party this place puts on! Win or lose, it's always fun to catch a RB game here
Saw a Red Blacks game. Very clean. Bathroom que was fast. Parking is atrocious. But you can't beat the atmosphere!
Great facilities. Average food options. Great game. Ottawa 67's vs North Bay Batallion. Ottawa won 5:3.
Great seating and lies to watch the game at any time
After years of putting up with the old stadium, TD place is beyond refreshing. Every game is an experience and the facility is amazing.
Make sure to eat before entering the stadium, the food inside is...... not at the same level as you'd expect for all the renovations. Otherwise it's beautifully done and a great experience!
Lots to do and ambiance is great before and after a game.
Modern, comfortable (for a stadium) seating and good views.
