Good place for events, for dinner, and also a movie. Not sure who designed this place but it looks and feels very sterile - especially in the winter.

This arena/stadium is really fun to go to. Plan ahead and arrange transportation. Driving is hell after games and is usually a far walk from the building. Lots of restaurants to pre game eat/drink.
Parking is this places downfall. Not that there isn't enough. It is a poorly designed underground parking lot. A mini would have problems let alone a full size van.
Public transportation is the way to go but to get there from the suburbs is still a 2 hour ride.
A very nice venue. REDBLACKS games are fun, and the atmosphere is incredible. Ottawa is a football town again and TD Place and the surrounding areas have helped it become one.
I enjoyed watching the hockey game between 67'S and Wolves .. now the 4 stars are due to the seats and screens sizes. I wish the seats were a bit bigger and the screens as well, so that we can watch the replays for each goal with more clearity.
Not a bad venue but prefer the old Lansdowne, it wasn't so commercial!
Love this place it's one of my all-time favorite places in the world
Soccer, hockey, football and other events. Great venue
Great spot to watch football on a warm evening! Love it.
Great location, nice atmosphere. The security checks can be a bit tiresome. Security tried to take a camera away from someone in our group because it looked to professional but it was ok at every other stadium . Other security guards were rolling there eyes.
Nice new stadium. Great atmosphere. Parking blows as one would expect of a downtown stadium.
Great location frienly and attentive staff their management has one goal, and goal only that's !customer satisfaction!
The booths are amazing and the games are even better.
Exciting environment and atmosphere. Love the energy here.
Prices are nuts, I know it's a captive audience but it's very unreasonable.
Always a great time and a well designed stadium. I just wish the parking situation was better. My recommendation, you can pre-order parking online which will make things a lot easier!
The best CFL stadium hands-down. Designed well so they can move lots of people quickly. Beers reasonably priced. Great setting right on the canal, the sunsets over the west end of the stadium are spectacular. You can't not have a good time here.
Game was good, seats where really small and not much room to sit. But overall nice place.
Very nicely done! Lots of restaurants and pubs, very clean, modern, and the venue is very nice as well, very friendly staff!
The suites are super worth your while! There's a buffet and great food in the suites!!
We went there to watch a 67 game and we had a good time. The negative was the parking. It took us almost 45 minutes to get out. They had not opened the second lane at out exit. Which could have spend up our exit
Service on the North side was brutal, wasn't able to buy a beer in the stands for the entire game. Enjoyed the REDBLACKS and the people around us in section F were great. However, the line's for food and beer were long and the in seat service for over a $100.00 ticket. Simply brutal!
Great fun at the fury match, too bad food/drink is so expensive
Lots of different food options, big stadium, comfortable seats.
Great atmosphere at the Eastern Final against Hamilton.
Great stadium. Doesn't take long to get in and out. Quick turnaround for concessions. Seats are a little too small though felt squeezed in and kept having the person beside me elbow in my ribs...
Entering is slow because of the security. Bad signage so no indication of which line to go to. Does not seem well designed for many people exiting at once. Terrible parking and traffic around the site is horrendous. No indication on the ticket that OC Transpo to/from the event was free although an email sent just a few hours before the event said this. Be careful as the painted concrete stairs to the seats can be slippery because snowy/wet boots.
Good spot for Hockey, Football or soccer. lots to see and do in the area as well.
Beautiful architecture right in the middle of the most modern part of ottawa.
Great place for an event. Many shops and restaurants on site at Lansdowne.
I had a fantastic time at the 67s playoff game. TD place aka the old civic center is a great place to watch a hockey game. The OSEG has done an amazing job revitalizing the area, and from a value perspective it beats a sens game hands down. Great restaurants and bars to go to before and after.
This is specifically for the hockey rink and a 67's game and the staff at the game. We got to the box office and the had no accessible seats left. They sold is regular tickets and said to talk to guest relations once we were in. We did that and we were taken care of perfectly. They got us a seat and the person helping have me his phone number in case we had any issues during the game. I have yet to find a family washroom in the rink, if somebody knows where find one let me know.
Underground parking is well laid out with easily identifiable empty parking spaces. Nice shops and restaurants.
Went there for guns n roses, great concert but the floor ticket holders had no access to food. Just merchandise and drinks.
Great location for sports events and concerts. Always a great atmosphere.
Smallest seats ever if you're taller than 5'10" pray you get an aisle seat so you have somewhere to put your legs. TD Place should be renamed TD Sardine Can.
They did a fantastic job with the new TD Place. Great atmosphere for football. Some strange decisions in the arena though (why aren't wasn't the suite and broadcast level re-opened? If the demand ever warrants it the centre sections upper levels will be cut off due to the camera area). Also, while the staff are friendly and efficient for football games, for hockey games, any crowd over 3500 they seem unprepared of handling for some reason
The nearby stores are quite diverse, and the restaurants are all good. Tickets are relatively cheap for such an exciting sporting event. Just don't expect to find parking.
It's a good venue from which to watch a CFL game, though the southern stand does not have cover to protect you from inclement weather, which would be an issue if it rains or snows heavily.
Super fun stadium and a good area to hangout after!
Went for redblacks game. Getting around was surprisingly efficient, but price on food is crazy.
The view of the field is quite accessible for someone with a mobility device; but, the signage for seating was a little confusing. Furthermore, the menu boards were tough to read from my chair. There is too much on the counters, to see over and the words are too small to see if I back up to compensate for all the stuff on the counter.
Great venue. Very nice, mostly clean place. I had a lot of fun watching the RedBlacks!
The concessions have RIDICULOUSLY SLOW service and overpriced food and beer. My advice is to eat and drink before or after the games you attend there, not during.
City of Ottawa hates cars. I hate busses only come here when I have to.
Fun day (-: Ottawa did not win )-: Beware lol ! Beer is 12 dollars ! (-:
Great atmosphere regardless of event, great staff and overall enjoyable place to check out when around the area
Parking is a little pricey, but plenty. Nice variety of stores and events to see.
Just a late night bite but everyone else is closed. Service was good, quiet and food was exactly as ordered.
Great temperature even though it is a hockey arena. The staff is very nice and the concerts sound great. Since it is not very big, the stage/game is easy to see from almost any point. They also have big bathrooms.
Canada Brazil women's soccer warm-up! Such a great venue since it was redone!!
First time I've been to TD Place for a concert venue. Nicely laid out and everyone seemed to have a good view of the stage. This particular concert had a dance pit in front of the stage (ice level) that added beautifully to the experience.
The new South side stands are great! Easy to get into, wide concessions and you can see the field while waiting in line. Well done.
They've done a great job remodelling the old Civic Centre and adding all the new restaurants , movie theatre is amazing, everything looks great here
A modern stadium, well located near downtown, very close to public transit
Very high end shopping. This is a beautiful area, the developers did an amazing job bringing it back to life.
A forward thinking venue that just bids on the right events and catering to all crowds. Be sure to follow them on social media to get the latest updates. The newly renovated venue truly has a magical energy and is kept clean and vibrant (the people here are always good spirit). On top of of it all, it's arguably the new alternative to downtown with all the restaurants and bars around. The open space and seatings leaves a great spot to relax and collect with some good people in your lives.
Parking here is impossible to find. Once we figured out to park at Carleton University and walk / bus our experience improved. There's not really a bad seat in the whole place so I'm glad we didn't over spend on better seats. The food here was quite good but expensive and the lines are super long.
A little challenging figuring things out the first time but their new parking lot is well designed. Ice in the arena is some of the worst in town.
Went to a 67s game and went out for dinner before the game. Use CAA to get a good price on tickets
Seats are comfortable, we had a pretty nice view from the upper levels.
The sound of the show was clear and reached all the way to the back of the venue.
Outstanding facility but I understand why people don't come out when beer is as high as $13.50. A popcorn and 2 waters cost $16.50. Brutal.
Parking was a nightmare especially with the snow. Apparently, you need to prepay to park underneath when going to an event there. Would have been helpful to know that prior!! Trevor Noah was AWESOME!
We saw Of Mice and Men. It was really well done. There is really not a bad seat in the house.
Good seats no matter how high up you sit! Parking is pretty good and the bushing is awesome
Expensive prices for water. Td=4.50 a bottle Walmart=4.50 for 12 bottles that makes sense!!!
Friendly staff and clean facilities. Concrete flooring a bit slippery in rain.
Easy to navigate, clean and seating is fairly comfortable.
The shuttle from Carleton U. is a great idea.Go 67's!
Went here for a Redblacks game. Always a fun time with pre game activities, restaurants, stores etc. During the game they really try to keep the fans engaged. Love going to the games. Only downside is the ridiculously crazy prices at the concessions. Be prepared to spend a fortune on drinks and snacks. Eat before you go!!
Served by the 400 routes. Nice, big, open area. Great sight to see at night, too!
