Went to a music concert here.. everything is organized well in terms of layout etc.. just like other stadiums they dont allow caps on purchases of any bottled drinks or food etc.. which means food or drink can easily slip and spill.. be extra careful

Not for people who are afraid of heights!! Super steep. Very clean/ nice bathrooms for such a high volume of people. Stupidly expensive drinks- $13 tiny cup of wine, $15 beer, $4 water. You cannot go outside once you're in the building or you can't get back in. TIP: Parking garage ticket machines to pay are inside so you must bring your ticket up with you! Long line for those after show is over.

Great arena. Friendly staff for the most part. Attended two concerts and my biggest complaint is the lack of signage and staff telling you where to enter/wait in line. Probably the most convenient arena I've ever been to in terms of using mass transit.

It's getting better.

Nothing can compare to the Old Boston Garden, but the new construction and food selections are welcome

Went for Disney on ice with my family, while we where there early enough, there was a clear lack of security on the lower levels. We where approached twice for sketchy reasons. However, having g been raised around Boston this was to be expected. The show and services of the Garden itself where quite well functioning and effective. There was even stroller parking! (Wich we where first in line for)

Great facility. Event parking is expensive, but if you can walk you will find cheaper options. Facility is nicely laid out. Event concessions are decent, but not much on the healthy side for food. Those of us with season tickets might appreciate healthier options when we spend so much time there...

It's a concert hall are you straight forward lots of seating has the option do surround they host the number of sporting events hockey games basketball Games Etc in the location I was there for a concert a Bruno Mars in particular that use 3/4 of the building space for a venue concert space in the middle floor covered and chairs it's very much so standard venue tons of places to get food food is quite expensive but you can't bring outside food or drinks so that's exactly why and there's a number of levels but there's escalators to get up and down everywhere and the staff is super friendly.

Easy to enter, seats are pretty clearly marked. Lots of seating options depending on the price you want to pay. Beers are ridiculously high priced. And you have to traipse around hunting down something other than bud or bud light.

Easy to access via commuter rail or the orange/green line. Parking garages nearby...though they are pricey.

You can see from just about anywhere and the Celtics were awesome but the beer prices are horse*$#@. It was either $28 or $34 for 2 beers. Unacceptable! Parking can be a pain in the sack too

Great place to watch any game. It is just about right in size, so you can watch the game nicely even from the highest rows. Fans are nice and atmosphere is good too. I didn't like the friendliness (or lack of) of some of the barmen team though.

So much fun! My family and I watch a Celtics game at TD Garden and it was the most fun we ever had! This was even our 1st time at a basketball game! Sorry about the blurry pictures, I had my old phone.

Wonderful time at Celtics game! Seats were great!! Food prices were a bit ridiculous though. I know it's sports entertainment, but a small hot dog and chips at 7.50 seems extreme. Way much better in person than on television. Had the time of my life spending the day with my son! If looking for a memorable moments definitely go to a Celtics game, you won't be disappointed!!

Awesome stadium - great fan atmosphere. A modern design with great viewing angles and good facilities. Food and drink a bit steep but it's a sport venue so this is to be expected and not worse than most of the rest of Boston.

Overall a great place to catch a game and a fun venue

The TD Garden is a world-class arena featuring Boston s sports teams and nationally touring artists. The building and surrounding area are always being developed. It also doubles as a commuter rail station serving the north of Boston.

Went to the Celtics game against the suns on Saturday night with my boy friend. When first arriving we went to go a drink before sitting for the game we are both from New Hampshire so we have nh drivers licenses, the man at the liquor counter started by saying can I see your ids and we are both over 21 so we handed him the ids. He started by asking did you make these this morning and we were like no and laughed it off. The man continues to ask for something else with our names on it my boyfriend handed his his debt card and ask the worker when this became a rule. Because we have both been to the garden many times and gotten alcoholic drinks. The man continues to yell at us and tell us he doesn t have to serve and tells us to go away. I stood there with my jaw dropped to the floor never felt this much disrespect being yelled at for handing my Id to a man, never even said a word. We continued to our seats after getting food and drinks from a different counter. We asked a women to point us in the direction of our seats she sent us to the wrong section. Then we asked another worker to point us to out seats he pointed us to the only two seats in the last row of section 26 which we were section 23 the whole time. Then the people who had the seats we were in cane back and complained and we were just sitting where we were told then the seating man brought us to new seats which happened to be another couples seats after he had kicked people out of those seats for us. Finally a man pointed us to our actual seats where we didn t move from until the game was over. So ridiculous the way we were treated Saturday night never experienced anything likes this at Td garden.

Very clean and modern arena but security kicking out Blues fans less than an hour after they won, while the Stanley Cup was still on the ice, was very disappointing. Kinda felt like a sore loser move.

Had a great time. The Parking was reasonable ($25) and under the venue which was convenient, venue was clean and all staff were extremely helpful and kind.
We went for Disney on Ice and are looking forward to go back for wwe and a celts game soon!

I love the bruins and I love td garden but the seats are absolutely terrible! The fact that we spent over 150 dollars per ticket to be so uncomfortable Is ridiculous! Definitely won t be coming back until seating is changed!

I was extremely surprised at the ease of getting inside, to my seats, and to the concession stand with virtually no lines. I had at least 30min to kill on my phone, which I had assumed would be spent standing in huge lines. The prices were surprisingly reasonable for a huge stadium, and the portions gave you your money s worth. The only long lines I saw were for Merch.

Great place to be for Celtics and Bruins. Great new front entrance and added restaurants and pubs outside. Inside - Loge area has best choices for food and beer, Balcony is being treated like 2nd class citizens, food choices are limited. New balcony replacement seating is awful. There is more room in a cramped airplane in economy. Disappointing upgrade.TD Garden can do better.

We went here to do the arena tour. Unfortunately, when we arrived they told us that it was cancelled for the next two days because they were prepping for a concert. It would be nice to have known that ahead of time. We planned an entire afternoon for that alone. So instead, my husband just spent a ton of money in the Proshop which was very well stocked with Celtics paraphernalia

Overall decent venue and fairly clean. Make sure to bring your own bottle caps though if you plan on purchasing water since they confiscate them for "safety reasons." Also, as expected, food and beverages are highly overpriced. Expect to shell out $4.75 for a bottle of water, because apparently that's a scarce commodity in New England now.
