Went to the BSB concert and had an absolute blast. Even though certain areas was under construction it didn't effect the fun. Staff were very friendly which surprised me because I'm from another state and had heard that people from Boston were mean. Totally fulfilled a 20+ dream of mine to see the BSB in concert. Cannot wait to go to another event!!!

Saw Radiohead play here. The acoustics were great. We didn't have amazing seats but we were able to see the band fine without any kind of obstructions. It will definitely be a memory I hold for a long time :)

I had tickets to the Cher concert on Sunday. I was at my seat and standing for the show (it s a live music concert) and the woman behind me kept complaining about me standing. So she got security and they removed us and offered us downgraded seats. I refused the seats they were offering me and asked them to show me in their policies where I must remain seated and they refused. They said if I didn't take their downgraded seats (which was in a box BEHIND the stage) or went back to my seat and remained seated for the whole show then I had to leave. I'm not going to remain seated at a concert that I paid $350 for so I refused to sit down and they ejected me from the arena where I was arrested for trespassing. They never once offered the one miserable woman behind me another seat since she was the only unhappy customer. I contacted their management for a full refund of my tickets and they refused. They said it was my behavior that had me ejected. My behavior? They have cameras, and you can see I'm upset when they are refusing my own seats to me. But I was not physically acting out toward anyone and should have never been removed my seats to begin with. What kind of venue picks and chooses what made up rules to enforce.

In the past for sporting events I couldn't give it 5 stars for a ton of reasons, but for Disney on ice, it was wonderful. Staff was friendly, food was typically over priced, but this time at least it was fresh prepared and not over cooked or undercooked. Seat pricing was fair. If you are planning on buying souvenirs for your children... tip, Half price outside for the same dam item.

Love that you can take the train right into this place! Saw a great show here! Love that they have so many events here and of course that the Celtics and bruins games are here! Lots of great restaurants and other activities in the area! Boston is awesome!!!

New seats are definitely tight-fitting. Cost for beverages is unreasonably high. Parking for events is $50 which is gouging as well. I have been here mostly for Celtics games which bring the best crowd you could find in any sports event. I have also been here for concerts and a couple of wrestling events and it is obviously show-dependent in terms of quality but the arena itself is top notch. Sound system is great, the large scoreboard was updated to higher definition and the Causeway St entrance finally isn't two alleyways that convince you you're going to the wrong place and there is no way this is the entrance to a major stadium.

Went for the Arctic Monkeys concert(which was fantastic.) I expected the bathrooms to he packed and dirty.... but to my surprise they were almost spotless throughout the night. The food was good, albeit very over priced at $15 for small mixed drink, with speedy service. Staff was very stiff, unhappy, other than a few of the bartenders

Great stadium in a fun spot of the city. Take the train in and skip the hassle finding parking. The Garden crowd is always a good time, Bruins or Celtics, and there's a multitude of restaurants and bars very close by (skip the overpriced fare inside if you can)

Great venue for all types of events whether they are sporting events or concerts. We had the experience of sitting in one of the Suites which also gives you access to the Boston Coach Lounge...very comfortable with a fairly diverse menu.

Great venue for concerts and sporting events. Parking is tough if you don't get in there early. Decent drink choices with lots of different beers. If you care about healthy eating, I'd eat before you go in - definitely plan ahead.

The Garden is a pretty nice venue. Public transport is easy, entrance is smooth even with the security check and the atmosphere is awesome. I had the pleasure of not only watch Bruins and Celtic games but also the Beanpot. Nothing can beat the atmosphere of an awesome college game.
Downsides: the prices for food and drinks are hilarious and the signage isn't good.

Absolutely incredible experience, the fans are the most involved fans I've ever seen and the atmosphere is wonderful. I just got the hell out of California and moved out to the Boston area and I've always wanted to see the garden as I am a big Celtics fan. Worth ever penny no matter what team they play! The parking is limited so you better get there early or you will be forced to park in a very expensive lot!

Great place to see a sporting event. I highly recommend taking the train in. North Station is conveniently located on the orange and green lines of the MBTA and right below TD Garden. You don't even need to go outside to get there. Your best bet is to drive to Lechmere station on the green or Assembly Row on the orange. Both have reasonable parking (less than $10) and taking the train down a few stops to North Station

I am closing on 50 yrs old and they would not sell me a beer without ID. Then I showed them my EU drivers license.. No good! Passport was the only valid ID, apparently.. Celtics did not win either.

We always have a great time at the garden no matter what we see. Great basketball games and hockey.disney on ice and the Harlem Globetrotters are my favorites. Great area to visit also.perfect location for catching the T and walking around checking out the sights.. to bad the owners couldn't help out their employees during covid lay offs.. that's very disappointing!

Have heard all about the Garden. Never been there.
This is quite the place. Came to watch the celtics and the celtics beat the wizards.
The concession crew was courteous. Security was visibly invisible. Clean beyond any expectations.

The arena of the greatest NBA team is fantastic, a true spectacle in which the fans can feel the team spirit playing together with the team. Good drink and easy to reach both by car and public transport. Going to a Celtics game at TD Garden makes you a fan and a lover of that team.

Attended :Hillsong worship/Casting Crowns/Elevation Worship 2019 Tour, first time at the Garden, Sound is AMAZING!!!! Will absolutely see others there.
Do yourself a favor? Leave plenty of time getting there #Traffic was unbearable! and really long we were nearly 30 minutes late to the show and we're Mass residents ! and that was us allowing 3hours of time when we live an hour from the Garden! Just saying.
Amazing Music with my family, ultimately worth the trip.

I came here for Round 2 against the Blue Jackets in 2019. The arena itself, having undergone some renovations inside, was quite nice. The main concourse and concessions were good, but the seats themselves were old and looked worn. The actual game experience during a Bruins game here is the worst I've had for the NHL. The area outside the arena is lacking compared to places like Columbus and Nashville. I would probably come back when there are fewer bandwagon fans showing up for the playoffs.

The luxury box is a great way to see a show. The food and alcohol prices are excessive. Bottle of Absolut $120. I think people would rent the boxes more if the concession prices were reduced, as the prices are astronomical.

It was great to see the Celtics with 10000 wonderful Boston friends and family. The TD garden allows for easy exit and entry to your seats even with a packed house. The design of the place in terms of striking architectural features and quality of materials used in construction of stairs, walls is really uninspiring and reflects someone at TD bank used a smart pencil forcing designers to cut costs at every turn. This didnt however get in the way of enjoying the Celtics or the Boston community of friends and sports fans.

I had a great time Seeing Paul Simon at the Garden! It was an awesome show! We were in the nose bleed section and there are ALOT of stairs to get there. I'm just glad I didn't try to climb the Bunker Hill monument earlier in the day!

Great place for a hockey game. Great views from almost every seat in the place. Food and drinks are expensive but that is to be expected at a NHL/NBA arena. The only issue is getting out of town after. Boston post game traffic can be a nightmare.

Be it a concert, a Bruins game or my personal favorite a Celtics game a nice modern arena especially compared to the original Boston Garden. Take a train (either commuter rail or subway) into North Station and you've arrived which is convenient.

We visited the garden with no game on for the Celtics or for the Bruins as it was July. We did the tour and visited the shop. The tour was quite interesting as it went through a lot of historical facts about all of the Boston area sports teams. It was also a cool way of seeing the arena that we normally wouldn't have with no game on.
