I remember the old Boston Gardens 30 years ago. The area felt unsafe, but after what transpired from the big dig, the new TD Garden with more new condominium high-rises and multitude transportation system located in the building turned out in my eyes to be a wonderful well engineered safe building and design for folks to bring their families to the games or other events for enjoyment.
I give because I remember what the area use to look like in the past. It was dark and dreary. I even notice when you get off at Haymarket station and look towards your left way down Canal Street, you can see the entrance to the TD Gardens..

I've been to the TD Garden for a few different events. It's a great place to see an event.

It's really conveniently located with access to the Green and Orange line, and there are parking lots around. You will definitely have to pay a premium for that though.

There are also halls filled with all sorts of sports memorabilia detailing all the history that had happened in the building.

It's also close to the North End, so food options are available close by.

Went to my first NHL Bruins game, absolutely great first experience. Wasnt hard to find our way to TD from the T. Helpful and passionate people working and directing. Great energy and I definitely will be back to catch another B's game!!

Get club level seats. Much less foot traffic. Very friendly attendants. Just take an elevator trip to the 4th floor for much better food. The pizza is meh. Chicken tenders were decent. Bring your favorite sauce packets in your bag or purse or you'll be eating them plain. They don't have much time to refill the stations. Seats were very comfortable. If you're a larger person, expect a tighter fit.

Being a Bostonian myself, I have been to TD Garden countless times. I have always enjoyed the events they put on weather it be a sporting event, concert, etc. I have always felt safe and well catered to at this venue and never had any complaints (despite the absolutely obscene prices for less than average food and drink).
HOWEVER, I attended a Celtics game 2 weeks ago and left my phone behind and yikes, the customer service department is slacking to say the least. The night I lost my phone I immediately located an employee to explain my problem. She told me that any items that had been found were "already locked in an office and the manager who was needed to retrieve the items was not available for the rest of the night". Although I now highly regret being so cooperative, I respected the peculiar sounding information and left the venue without my phone. The next morning I filled out the online form for missing items and received a conformation email stating that my form was successfully submitted. To make a long story short, I have been relentlessly calling and emailing customer service to get any information about my phone's whereabouts. I truly do not understand why it has been so difficult for them to reach out to me. I offered overwhelming evidence to prove the phone was mine and offered to come into Boston to get it at TD's convenience. I am so unhappy and frustrated with the absolutely DISMAL customer service I am receiving. The employees were lazy and there is absolutely no sense of urgency here, unless its to practically push people out of the venue at the end of an event.
If anyone is planning to visit this venue, make sure you remember all of your belongings chances are, you'll never get them back!!!

We went to see Cher on Sunday April 28, 2019. We had balcony seats opposite the stage. The show was good. Lots of dancers in really cool costumes. Cher was fantastic. Played a few videos of her and Sonny. Played a few video clips of some of her movie roles.

The TD Garden impressed me. Easy to navigate and comfortable seating. A large variety of food choices made the venue even more impressive. The Boston rail system stops right at the front door.

Great venue, saw Paul Simon and Dalai Lama there. Home to the Celtics. It's in the heart of historic downtown Boston, so parking can be a challenge. Park out of town and take the train or subway. Come early, walk to dine.

Great, but wish there were some different food options. It was all the same stuff on all levels...expensive for carnival type food. Wish there was ice cream or Dunkins. Put on on great show, though.

With the new renovations, there is a lot of criticism about the width of the seats, but with the games I've gone to since, I've not had a problem. On the other hand, there is no longer a bad seat in the house, even in the top most nosebleeds.
Security throughput could definitely be more efficient as they don't take advantage of every entrance, they funnel everyone up to a second floor landing with security on either side. Lines can get deep, but there's enough stations to spread people out and through quickly, I just think it could be better.
Obviously, food and drink prices are on par with other modern venues, with being pretty expensive, but it's not completely outlandish.

Went for a Bruins game in the AT&T sportsdeck. The complimentary food was amazing, the drinks were ok. But the experience was incredible, they put on a great show in between plays and periods.

Recently went to a Bruins and Celtics game. My wife was in a wheelchair and the staff here was very gracious with getting us in an easily accessible sitting area. We would definitely go back to a game here.

Always Rockin
I strongly recommend anything on the 5th or 6th floor, (also called the premium levels) Its a lot of bang for your buck.
BUT!!!, there's nothing wrong with the balcony levels , great views fun atmosphere.
There isn't a bad seat in this building

Was very privileged to be invited by long time friends of mine! Started at the Legends Club for pre game dinner! Thank you Ryan for being so welcoming and a very gracious host! On to the Rafters club after that to watch an amazing contest between the BRUINS and Canadiens B' s 4 C's 1. The Garden is clean, well kept and very social friendly. Thank you TD Garden for a wonderful experience!!!

Great arena, and a great fanbase in a classic sports town. I had the opportunity to travel to Boston and watch a live event here and had a great experience. The atmosphere is electric! It's in a great location in the heart of the downtown Boston area and organized really well, easy to navigate the concourse for whatever you may need.

Great arena, great views great crowd, all around its was pretty.... Great! I'm from Montreal and was really impressed at how loud and fun the Bruins game was. Having a good team and winning helped. The staff and service were professional, efficient and polite. The food and drinks are expensive but that's always the case these days at sporting events. For the price of the tickets and the view I got of the game, the beer was worth the 10$ would buy again.

Venue is a madhouse with little order to the chaos of lining up to get in. But once inside it's better, with concessions outside every door and level. There is an overemphasis on alcohol and no tea available for purchase, however.

Accoustics are great and loud (bring earplugs for the hard rock and you'll still hear it all and preserve your hearing!)

The Loft seating was amazing! I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance. I loved the memorabilia in the hall all the way around that floor.very cool from the Bruins to Sox, Harvard squash to the Patriots. the food was excellent and the bathrooms and whole facility was clean.

Heavy construction outside at this time. Some big plans coming when they complete the project. Also, lots of new restaurant vendors in the building. Gourmet food galore!
Tons of yummy beer & craft sale too!

The new entrance way is Grand beautiful view when you're exiting the building. The new seeding that they have in the facility sucks there is less room and very difficult when people want to leave their seats and go past you very little room to move around. The garden management said that they were going to do something about it I don't know what they could do without removing all the seats. Maybe they'll just think we'll forget about it.

Awesome experience overall. The employees at the stadium were super helpful and friendly. Entry was faster than expected and the food better than it looked. The DRINKS on the other hand were expensive $28 for two drinks. I would do it again, it was a good experience, I recommend it.

So... this was my second time visiting TD Garden, the 1st since they added the new seats to the Balcony. Don't get seats up there. They're cramped, small and uncomfortable. I spent 85% of the show sitting on the stairs cause I had more room there. Staff were very, very nice and polite. And the sound system was very good. I could make out each distinct instrument while listening to the music. Not a bad place overall to see a show, but i would recommend putting out a couple more bucks for a seat closer to the floor if you want comfort.

I've been coming to the Gahhhhden ever since my first Celtics game back in 2011, quite the classic Boston monument. There is a lot of history and monuments inside the arena, make sure you take a walk around. Every year they are making improvements to the interior, whatever event you're there for it is bound to be a great time!

Security is a joke. The,average age for a security guard looks to be about 20.
The sensors go off they check what you're holding in your hands and tell you to go ahead. The seats are in the upper levels are made for children. Won't go there again.
The DCU is so much better but they lack the big names now for some reason. TD GARDEN is very hard to navigate because they lack signage for levels and the garage u til you are on top of it. Which is when you just happen to find it!
