One of the truly great arenas in North America, fabulous recent upgrades Banners was wonderful pre-game stop. As for the NBA, nothing better than Celtics v Lakers. C's victory, icing on this cake!

Hated the seats. It is so incredibly tight that, unless you are 100lbs or less you won't fit. It also has no leg space, my knee was hitting the head of the girl in front of me. It was embarrassed to me and uncomfortable for the poor girl and myself

We attended Elton John s concert on November 6. The sound is amazing and the views from the 3rd balcony was surprisingly great. Make sure you bring absolutely nothing with you. The chairs are extremely tiny and there s no space between the rows. The person sitting in front of you will have their head between your knees. A purse is just too much to carry. If you decide to buy a t-shirt or souvenirs from your show, wait until the end and buy the same stuff they sell at the concession stands outside for literally fraction of the price.

Looks pretty darn ugly from the outside but once you're through the metal detectors it's actually quite snazzy for a sports venue. Then again, it really should be if they want to charge $12+ for a Coors or any beer in fact. I understand them charging a lot for alcohol so people don't get drunk during the game. But almost $5 for a bottle of water when you are not allowed to bring your own is outrageous. It's not like the tickets are cheap and need subsidising.

This is the second time in the past month I've been to the garden for a concert. And the lines to get in and through security were ridiculous.... Up to 45 minutes. I'm fine with security measures but they need to either add more staff, change the flow, or be very clear in pre-concert communication that the expected wait time is that long. I paid about $750 for the two concerts combined... At those prices, it should be a more cultured experience.

Great arena I've been to. Watched a game of the Boston Celtics and it was definitely worth a visit. Quite expensive place for food and drinks like it's usual for arenas but really friendly staff and great atmosphere. I would love to go there again. It's easy to reach with the subway which stops close by at the North Station so you just have to walk about 3 minutes

I've been a Celtics fan for nearly 40 years,it was a dream of mine to visit Boston, and see where the team I have loved for decades play, wow! What a place, the tour guide Joe,was full of helpful historical information, and answered any questions that were asked of him, with consummate ease. I must have taken nearly 50 photos, and had to buy some merch, not the cheapest, but worth it,what a sweet day.

The garden has always been a place I've gone to often throughout my life, only one issue, there aren't enough entrances to get into the place, and parking sucks! Everyone gets corralled to the eastern side of the building to get in and out, terrible design. There's always construction in the area that makes it a tough venue too. Shows and events there are great regardless. P.S. 1st row balcony not for those afraid of heights or have vertigo.

Went to a Bruins vs Lightning game. 1st time ever in Boston. Aside from paying $60 JUST TO PARK, inside TD was IN-FRIGGIN-CREDIBLE. The passion of the fans was palpable. When Boston scored, I've never heard an arena louder. My voice is shot, my nerves are fried and I've NEVER had more fun! The people bookending my wife and I were awesome, making us feel welcome from the start.
Been a Bruins fan roughly 20 years, never attended a game. The passion is now bigger than ever and my experience was why.
I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a few hundred to blow, GO TO A BRUINS GAME. It's worth every penny. And more.
Best. Fans. In. Hockey!!!

Garden is there, as always - no issues, however location make parking situation tough, as normal parking is impossible. Street parking cost $40-45 during the game and garage > It's a great place to visit,m if you are into Bruins or Celtics, but better come by T or be prepared to pay huge overcharges. Sam Adams is $16.50 inside :) - good times

What can I say?
Boston fans nev'a disappoint and the Celtics, a come from behind rough start ended with a harmonious exhibit of pure finesse!
Well done team and make it a stop when you visit

Been going here for various events since the old garden days. The set up is nice. Even when packed, it doesn't always feel cramped. The crowd energy is great, especially during Bruins games. My only gripe is that the pro shop was moved to a ticketed area so waiting around for people isn't an option unless you have a ticket beforehand. Wasnt like that before from what I remember.

TD Garden was great! I was in the 2nd to last row for a Bruins game and it was a great view. I've been in the nosebleeds in Montreal and Las Vegas. This was a much better experience. Highly recommend.

The games may be great, but not the venue. Staff NOT friendly at all. And if you go with a medium sized backpack, you won't be able to enter, and there is no place to store it inside the arena. You'll have to leave the building, go to a bar on the street, get in a long line, pay $10 for you bag be left in a corner of the crowded bar. That's ridiculous. Are you a tourist looking for a live NBA game (just like me)? Go to somewhere else, like Barclay's Center.

The Garden is a beautiful venue. Not a bad seat in the whole place. Acoustics are topnotch. Only complaint is the cost.

Ticket prices for most music/sporting are markedly higher because of the location of course, but the concessions are out of control. I've all but conceded to not buying anything whenever I'm there cuz it's just not worth it.

Other than prices, no better place to see great musical acts and some of the best sports teams in the country!

I have been here many times, for games, concerts etc. I also commute here and while the MBTA is another story entirely, TD/North Station is a good establishment. It's always kept clean, and I've only encountered helpful workers and staff. Food and drink if you're coming for an event is on par with event food, and plenty of bars to choose from for a beer or three ;)

The events are merely a small reason to go to the TD Garden. The people watching is world class, ranking right up there with airports and casinos. I highly recommend going for any event if you, like me, enjoy watching people and making up whole stories about their lives.

I always have a blast at the Garden. Take the train in for an easy commute. There are great seats for any price range whether you are looking for hockey or basketball. Weekend day games are much more family oriented.

Went for a Bruins game. Great Game. The new seats however are incredibly small. My hip bones were sore the next day from being crammed into them. Think I will stay home on my couch next time.

Amazing staff that somehow keep the enormous crowd under control and orderly. It's honestly amazing! Beautiful building great food, a bit pricey but thats to be expected. Will be attending another game for sure!

Parking is very expensive, $54. The seats are small and uncomfortable to sit in for 3-4 hours. If you happen to be in a balcony seat, at a concert. You may find the suspended cluster of speakers to be a visual distraction, or just plain visual obstruction.

Went for disney on ice. Easy check in bag check was simple. People were friendly and gave directions and answered all of our questions. Could use more kiosks for parking lot tickets.

There are a lot of great things about this place, from the food, the cleanliness and amenities. Where you sit will greatly affect your experience. The lower seating is far more comfortable. The nosebleed section is very tight and dangerously steep. I purposely avoided using the facilities for the duration of my visit because I was nervous about going back down the stairs. Parking price is an outrage. $50 on top of expensive concert tickets. $14 for a beer. When you're here, be prepared to spend some money.

Went to Leafs Bruins game 2 and I just wanted to say that Pat our Usher made our night. He found a way for me to be able to sit with my brother in the accessible section. Took our photo and told us the most amazing stories of his time at the Garden. His customer service deserves to be recognized, keep doing what you are doing Pat!

When you buy seats, make sure you call to make sure the seat you bought doesn't have a steel column in its place, forcing you to be separated from your party. I will not be buying tickets here again.

They took my juul and were very offensive about it, then not giving it back. The concert was a radio station for 30 minutes of it and was trash. I got free tickets and i was disgusted i feel bad for who bought tickets haha

Amazing time at the Bruins/Pens game. The new RAF seating was high up but it makes you feel like a VIP with their club-style seating and amenities. Overall, staff and bartenders were really seemed to enjoy their jobs and were a pleasure to be around. Minus one star for the ride security team who were not really helping move people along and playing on their cell phones.

Being a New England sports fan how could I not love the TD Garden?! Brought my boyfriend here as I had given him Celtics tickets for his birthday. For me the only thing that would have made it better would be if it were the Bruins instead! Anyhow... Excellent seats from any vantage point (though I will always hold a soft spot for the obstructed view seats from the old Garden), well marked exits, plenty of food options, and as clean as any arena like this could be. And wonderful location upon entering and exiting the city, and many lodging options nearby.

My son and I went to see the Boston Celtics versus the Cleveland Cavaliers and got seeds that put us about five rows behind our team the Cavaliers. We had a great time although I have to say the concessions prices are way out of line. $13 for a slice of pizza is a little much we really enjoyed the game though.

Big deal place. Very, very customer service oriented. Where ever you are, there is a friendly and knowledgeable representative there to offer help. Not an inexpensive place. For Bruins and Celtics games the screen, graphics and lighting are almost overwhelming (you need to overcome the temptation to watch the giant screens instead of the live action).
The food, though, is standard stadium fare at best, and the beverages and food are way overpriced. That part of the experience is almost enough to cancel out all the ambiance and fun experiences.

Lets get the negative out of the way. The acoustics are not the best. Traffic is a nightmare. But once your buy that, this is one A class venue. They have smartly put the beer vendors into alcoves so the main concourse is clear. Lots of staff to assist and quick security.
