I heard a gasp and a OH NOOO! from the office across the hall at work. Our computer had suddenly gone defunct!
This in the 3rd time since 2006 and the poor lady that runs my computer looked ashen. We ve been to all the big-box stores in the past where the service guys shake their heads sadly, not knowing what to do.
This time was going to be different!
I remembered George at TCT Computer Solutions. I ve listened to his advice about computer security so THIS time I knew what to do.
The smart phone popped up his number and I told the professional on the line what happened and handed the phone to my office gal.
The relief was immediate. She hung up the phone and said Oh, thank God! She had a plan.
A few days later all our lost stuff was recovered and installed onto the computer suggested by TCT staff. They even suggested where to go to buy a computer with a great warranty and fair price. (We followed his advice.)
Although losing a computer suddenly while in the middle of a project IS a special kind of hell, this time it was smooth as butter. It could have been so terrible like it had been in the past, but these guys KNOW THEIR STUFF.

I was very pleased with their service. Chris was very knowledgeable and prompt with the in home service. I appreciated the follow up email of the service he provided. Elizabeth was helpful and friendly on the phone. I had accidentally requested additional help and George was quick to respond to me to see if I did need additional information. TCT Computer Solutions is GREAT!! George is very helpful and knows just how to help you get the most use of your computer. He helped me set up several programs I didn't even know I needed!! Jill came to my house on a Sunday and picked up my laptop!! These two customer oriented business owners are the best and two of my favorite people!!

I've used their service in the past and they were good. However, most recently I tried to take a computer in for repairs during their business hours at 3:30 p.m. and their door to the tech support "Drop off" entrance was locked with no sign explaining why. The two employees by the front desk also just looked at me then ignored that I was even there. A simple "sorry we are closed for (some reason)" would be courteous enough and I would come back later. But customers are obviously not valued enough here to even acknowledge their existence.

Fantastic service! I would never go to another place. Steven was really helpful removing the DNSUnlocker virus from my laptop but when I brought the laptop home, Edge wasn't working properly and so John Phillips spent 45 minutes patiently on the phone and worked it out so I could get back online rather than having to make an appointment. I'm so pleased with the caring and the service at this company. They really understand customers who use their computer to work from home!

TCT has a wonderful staff that is very knowledgeable on cyber security, network support, and technical support for both businesses and individual home users. The staff is friendly and explains things at a layman's level making it easy to understand. I can't imagine going anywhere else for IT services.

With teleworking and providing classes in the evening I came to rely heavily on my laptop. Yesterday I found that my computer no longer recognized my password and I had to cancel class. I called up TCT this morning to see if they could help. I dropped off my laptop about 11:30 and by 3:00 I was called stating my computer was now ready for pickup. Steve gave me some helpful tips and advice. TCT had saved thousands of hours of labor and course development that I had failed to backup. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely recommend TCT to all my friends.

Just recently had an amazing experience with TCT Computer Solutions! I own a business here in the Tri Cities. Had some computer trouble and connectivity problems running our credit card machines during the Christmas season. George took a personal interest in our situation and even stayed after hours to find a solution. I cant say enough great things bout this company. They truly care. Well priced! Great service!
