With teleworking and providing classes in the evening I came to rely heavily on my laptop. Yesterday I found that my computer no longer recognized my password and I had to cancel class. I called up TCT this morning to see if they could help. I dropped off my laptop about 11:30 and by 3:00 I was called stating my computer was now ready for pickup. Steve gave me some helpful tips and advice. TCT had saved thousands of hours of labor and course development that I had failed to backup. Thank you so much!!!
