I've used their service in the past and they were good. However, most recently I tried to take a computer in for repairs during their business hours at 3:30 p.m. and their door to the tech support "Drop off" entrance was locked with no sign explaining why. The two employees by the front desk also just looked at me then ignored that I was even there. A simple "sorry we are closed for (some reason)" would be courteous enough and I would come back later. But customers are obviously not valued enough here to even acknowledge their existence.
