Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had to date. The whole process was simple and straight forward. Steven was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. Katrina handled all the paperwork and made sure that my state DMV had what they needed for the license plates to be issued without any trouble. Megan picked me up from the airport and was super friendly. Pete made sure I was happy with the way the van turned out and showed me how to operate the lift (coming from a ramp mini van) and made sure I had good directions to get home. Overall everyone at TCI Mobility was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. The fit and finish of the modifications looks like it came from the Ford plant so I would say these folks know what they are doing. Pete was telling me they have been doing it for something like 30 years and you can tell when you look at it that they work well together. My family absolutely loves our new "Mega Van". After getting quotes from a few upfitters, we settled on TCI. They understood our needs and concerns and had better communication. We've had the van for 2 months and it has surpassed our expectations. Clearly they take pride in their work. They built a custom adult diaper changing table that blends perfectly with the rest of the interior. They pay attention to the details (custom lighting for the changing table, folds when not in use). Just awesome.

TCI is one of the very few companies on the East Coast that will still install a fiberglass high top on an older Ford van. Pete and his crew were wonderful to work with. I ordered a top from Fiberine in California and they shipped it to TCI. Then, TCI installed it for me in one day. They did a fantastic job! The top is quiet and leak free! They're prices are extremely fair and reasonable. Pete even padded the sharp roof edges so that I would not cut myself. All in all working with TCI was a wonderful experience!
Horrible Company that thinks they have power over you and doesn't care when your vehicle arrives to you and if it's in working condition or not.
Poor quality of build and fabrication. Nothing but troubles with the vehicles we purchased.
