I responded politely that I saw it unnecessary to give my surnames and ID to see a storage room.
Well, he hasn't even responded to the email and evidently they still don't call me.
That the only thing I have been asking for for 7 days is a phone call to give me information.

When you have a real estate deal with banks, it is the risk you run. The problem is that the poor business people have to face it. The real estate market, already in itself, is very punished.
