We have been customers of Taurus for over two years and the service they provide us is excellent; all staff are friendly and very helpful.

We have worked closely with Taurus CC for a number of years as they managed our Avaya phone exchange. When we joined forces with Taurus CC our existing phone infrastructure was a mess, they were able to table a workable and affordable solution. We have also partnered with Taurus CC for our mobile phone provisions where they have provided a competitive and sound solution that meets our needs.

I have worked with Taurus for over 3 years. In that time, they have provided connectivity, Avaya IP office phone support, IT support, remote monitoring, project consultation over opening new offices, migration to office 365 and more. They have always provided a top notch service, from consultation, through to implementation and then support. They have a wealth of experience in the industry and offer a comprehensive end to end service for ICT. I look forward to working with Taurus on future projects and other requirements.

Taurus have been very helpful in setting up our IT and phone network and also have worked very well with our UK and international internal IT department in ensuring it is all configured correctly, when it was always possible to have conflicts. When we have need direct support their response times are very fast, within the hour for simpler questions and generally within the day for more complex issues. If required they have always been very happy to send an engineering in site, and the engineer has always been very knowledgeable in network support/management. I am happy to recommend Taurus.

Rose Removals have recently upgraded all their company mobile phones to i phones. Taurus Communications have assisted us throughout this entire process and I cannot praise them (and particularly James Drake) enough.
