Don and his staff are wonderful to work with! Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. This is our third year using Associated Printing for our annual appeal letter (mass snail mail of ~900 pieces), and their work has always been thorough and complete, without errors. The printing looks fantastic, they are able to work with files we send them (though they can make the files from your information, if necessary). If they have any questions, they are quick to reach out, and they are very responsive when we have questions. Don is also up front about what their production schedule looks like, so you know when to expect your project to be completed, and there are no surprises. We started using Don when one of our volunteers suggested them after her previous employer used them for years; we are very happy with our decision! We definitely recommend Don and Associated Printing and will use them again for our next project.

Had a disagreement with this business over the cost of a job they did and the owner sent someone to pick up the items and said we didn't owe a dime. This is good customer service.

I get complicated things done here like fancy broshures as well as simple things like business cards. I would never go elsewhere because the results are always perfect.
