Very nice shop and great assortment. Two star deduction for being asked as soon as you enter the store "May I help you?" Just annoying and superfluous. It does not make you feel welcome. I am a person who likes to look around for themselves and if I need help or advice, I ask for it. That's why I did not buy anything and left pretty fast. I'm much happier in Mayersche. Nobody bothers you when you lose your time when leafing through. That's where I get all the books. I found it very intrusive and it was really annoying and unpleasant. If a customer who has money comes in, he might not know what he wants right away, or you may be curious what a store that has just been reopened is. You should give the customer time and be rewarded with the fact that the customer always comes back and buys. In addition, in my opinion in every bookstore also Sitzgelegebheiten. Another big drawback. For that I have to deduct another star. Only recommended for people who already know what they want within 5 seconds of entering the store.

Here you can find many reprints, illustrated books, reference works and collections of works by well-known artists in a very chic shop. All appeared in Taschen Verlag. The staff are nice and you can also have the purchased books packaged as gifts for free. It's worth a visit.

I could have spent hours here! There is really something for every taste. Whether specific artists, epochs or themes, there is an illustrated book about everything. Partly only with pictures, partly with a lot of information provided. In the front part there is something for every purse (about 10-30 for some very large books - perfectly fine!). In the back you can find the "jewels" beyond the 100 . A really great shop!

Modern bookstore, which is built like a gallery. The books are placed like little works of art. Sure, the exclusive books, in the lower section, are in a price range of their own, but collectors certainly have fun here. Browsing is a pleasure anyway. The upper area is recommended for smaller budgets. Affordable paperback versions, photo tapes and 'special' books are offered here. A visit, if only to browse, is worthwhile.

The best customer experience ever in a bookstore, on my experience. They are super kind, explanatory and really patient. Both affordable beautiful books and very special limited editions too. Definitely worth to visit this shop and get a few beautiful books. Tip: At least for some books, they can send it to you in another language edition and wherever you need it.
