Since taking over a new community, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Landtech. Zach in particular has been extremely helpful in making sure our grounds look great year round and providing a thorough plan on seasonal changes. He is professional and helpful with very quick response times, which I appreciate! Highly recommend.

I work in Accounting for a company that uses Landtech for all our maintenance and services. I do not get to see the actual quality of their work but I do work often with Barbara Espinoza on payments, contracts, credits, invoices, etc... Landtech... Take a look at her, and then hire 10 more people like her!! She is awesome at her job, very responsive, up to date, friendly, organized and know's exactly how to fix the problems I have on a weekly basis! So though I do not know how good their services actually are, they have an amazing person on their staff and that speaks volumes for the company!!

I'm trying to reason with Zach about his employee shooting grass all over my detailed and waxed car. Just giving me a hard time about his 15$ reimbursement. It's a $75 wash and wax job sir. Take responsibility for your crew.

Landtech has been very responsive to our special requirements.The staff assigned to our account works together as a team and communicate well together and with us. The team is very well trained and professional. We appreciate the service we have received which remains consistent throughout the seasons. The billing department is always a pleasure to work. It is nice to hire a company that has pride in their staff and the work they do shows. I recommend Landtech as a valued contractor for a HOA community. They are able to customize a plan to meet your budget, without compromising quality in their service.
