For exp. employee it is great company but not for fresher. As you will learn politics in it. Nothing more. There is one manager name "Amit Gupta" came from Infosys (16+ year) :-). So please when he was there not to join the company. He dont know how to manage the work but he knows only politics. In company you will get 10/- tea, nothing else. There is no cleanliness on workspace. Helper are more attitude than developer. HR is good, employee are goods. There is "mangesh" CTO he is very good and paramjeet who sit in counter. Amit "CEO" dont take any decision. He only focus on one team.Only listen to manager. So anyone can fool him. You wont get extra salary in night but there is one team who get it.

All in all, the company has a positive work environment with lots of extra activities like parties, bday and festival celebrations, learning sessions, etc.
A company that lets you use your mind rather than imposing somebody else's. I just love the work culture here that encourages creativity at every stage. Definitely a great place to learn and grow your career.

Couldn't find anything positive. Worst HR who do not know how to interact with team.They can ask you to resign anytime even if you are innocent. No client acquisition sense just have 2 to 3 clients that to do not share much business....also not a good place for fresher
