Had a very negative experience with Tanury and will be sure to tell my colleagues not to even bother contacting them. Four jewelers I know for a fact use them, and I was looking for a good plating service for my own jewelry line and asked for a quote through their website. I received an email back stating that they don't provide services for people like me, and I wrote back saying that I was a bit confused because I know of several people who use them for the exact same service. Never got a response. Tell me Tanury, how does it benefit you as a business to turn down a potential long-term customer while accepting others? Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright poor customer service. I work in a fairly large metalworking studio, and I've already started to spread the word. One metalsmith told me he had a similar experience. What's going on here?

I beg to differ Daniell Hudson. In fact, I like to think that they are an amazing, customer service oriented, very professional and courteous establishment. From my personal experience with the company, they have gone above and beyond in that aspect. The customers having nothing but the very best experience... from the first conversation, is everything to them! I have a hard time believing that you were that severely mistreated by Tanury. The employees there are absolutely the best at what they do, and that is all i have EVER experienced there.

One of the worst plating companies around! It was such a waste of money! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Never again, sent in a gun in August of last year, we are almost in February and these people never even started the job. Unreliable and irresponsible. Avoid them.

I've loved working with the team at Tanury these past few years. I'd been working with platers in NYC who were all rude and/or curt, delivered inconsistent results, and were clearly just trying to finish my order to move onto the next. Switching over to Tanury was the best decision they're easy to get in touch with, will happily talk through any questions you have, and aren't satisfied until you are. I also appreciate the breadth of their finishing options; most places only offer a gold, a silver, and a rhodium plating, but Tanury has a wide range of gold karats and colors, nickel-free finishes, and a rainbow of finishing colors. Love them!

I have been a Tanury customer for the past 8 years and they are without a doubt the MOST professional company I deal with in my business. I have used their plating services, PVD application and more recently their Cerakote administration and the quality of their work is beyond belief. They are very punctual with deliveries, and on the rare occasion when I needed some pieces sooner rather than later, the amazing staff at Tanury surpassed my expectations in getting me what I needed sooner than I expected. ANYONE who needs the incredible services Tanury provides can not find a BETTER company to meet their plating and coating needs. I am very grateful that I found Tanury all those years ago and I give them my highest recommendation!!! Tanury will have me as a customer, and a VERY satisfied customer for life!!!
