How can I apply for the interview?
I have heard a lot about this company and I really want to work here.

The interview process was very good and all the panelists were also great but can you tell me usually how long does it take you to respond back to the candidates? I havr interviewed through the online procesa and so far HR has not contacted me about the result. It will ne great if you can respond back to candidate asap because candidates are really waiting for your response. Apart from this whole process was great.

Well I visited this company twice. Both the experiences are same. People here lack HR Skills. Even after having experience of so many drives they are always short on panel. Candidates are shortlisted for second round in the morning @10.30 AM and interviewed in the evening @7.30 PM meanwhile no one cares to address if we need anything, how much more time it will take. And irony is as main panel is tired in the evening they ask helpers / assistants to take interviews as a formality and say HR will let you know.
I am not upset because I didn't get selected but I am disappointed because of the treatment I got there and I even couldn't justify my potential infront of selection panel as it was late and they asked assistants to take our interviews as a formality only.
1 star - Best part of waiting here is reading sticky notes written for other employees and chair spins

Don't go for interview, time wasted and unwanted questions asked that's not related your position.

Xento is a very old IT product development company and famous for best PHP company in India. They are leading provider of property management software in the United States. In pune they are located at magarpatta SEZ tower 9, 4th floor. Infrastructure is amazing , ambience is also looks good.
