They are the cheapest place to get a tanning package

I'm a regular at Tan-Fastic I jump around to all the location. I love the level 5 bed at this location. The people are always helpful, nice, and always answers my question.

This place is awful. I have been with Tan-Fastic for almost 3 years and have had nothing but problems. Kevin doesn t know how to treat his employees or customers. He just sees the money and that s all. Most of his employees are rude!! Buildings has mechanical issues. The west ave one has leaking ceilings and busted doors. Very poor condition. Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had. Freedom was very rude to me. Not even saying hi. I was greeting with confrontation and a snarky attitude. FINGERPRINT I was confused at this greeting because they have always looked me up by my last name. As it is more professional. She then said to stop giving her a confused look. I explained to her that I currently have 3 tanning memberships at all 3 tanning salons and have never ever had to do that before. It s not that I had a problem doing it. It s the tone and the confrontation she gave me that was a problem. She then went on the insult my last name for being to long so she didn t want to type it in. She doesn t care to get to know the customers like the other employees do. She has never tanned me before, but this absolutely put a salty taste in my mouth more so then was there before. I went to try and cancel my membership after this and she completely ignored me. Playing on her phone and having a personal conversation with a friend that dropped in. Yeah very professional. NOT. If she was my employee she would be fired by now!! I will be canceling and going to another tanning salon.

I have been going to Tan Fastic for years! The staff i see on the regular has always been friendly, helpful, and know their stuff!! I have a membership that's perfect for me with a price I can afford. I highly recommend Tanfastic!

The staff was very polite and friendly however the I found the equipment very disappointing especially at the parnall location. I purchased a package for a level 4 bed and found out that the two locations I visited only had one level 4 bed each. So you pay more to wait for a level 4 or you downsize to a level 3 (without credit) but if you want to upgrade to level 5, will now there's an extra fee..go figure. I can only speak for the parnall location but I found every tanning bed very small and outdated, so for these two reasons I give this company a very low rating.

I've had THE most AWFUL experience with this tanning salon. The employee that I initially signed up with, gave me the wrong package. Because I was given the wrong package every time I try to tan they expect me to pay more money, on top of what I paid to sign up. They refuse to fix my account and put me on the package I originally requested or give me my money back. I would NEVER tan here again. PACIFIC TAN IS 100% better.

Had an amazing experience! The knowledge was beyond expectations; the environment was comforting, and the employees all had genuine smiles on their face :)! #1 in Jackson!
