It was cool nice place calm area delicious yummy food none pollution comfortable place and sofas backyard area and cool pools.

Lush green and quiet resort in the CBD Bangalore. Lot of restaurants to try. Helpful staff. Outdoor catering. It was a good stay.

Olde world charm to the place. Comes with down sides though, like lack of lift facilities

Known for its historic value, this heritage property is owned and managed by Taj hospitality group, the gold standard in hospitality and service.
This is a spread out 20 acre property in the middle of gardens etc.
The only thing that annoyed me was the long commute from cottage to the main building, but they will send Golf carts upon request.

The place is like old cottages. Its like we are living in jungle. Clean, well maintain, and nature friendly. Good place to come with family.

This is the place to be. Oldest hotel in town with great service, food and outdoors seating.
Make sure to do the daily historic walking tour in the gardens. So many trees, great example how to combine city life and nature.

The place is really well decorated and they have quite a few social events to attend which is really nice. The food they serve is brilliant A definite place to visit.

One of the preferred check-in destinations for travellers.

It's great place. Having such greenery midst of a mega city is beyond imagination. Its nicely maintained place and I would love to visit again. Food is sumptuous. Only issue is that it doesn't offer all TV channels which is bit surprising. Overall a great experience. Very subtle place and excellent for those who love calm and serene environment

Best stay .. excellent rooms cooperative staff amazing hospitality

I usually use the gym washroom .. i had to wash my hands in the drivers washroom .. trust me its not clean. Anybody would get infected here

This carries an old world charm. I attended an open air wedding reception here. The lawn where it was held was spacious and gave a feeling of being in a garden. The fact that many spots lacked grass forced the guests to walk on slippery surface made worse by the rain.

I had been to Taj Westend for a function in the ball room. The hotel and premises are impeccable. Good staff and service, however the food is pretty bland. I guess the dishes are prepared for an international palate rather than a seasoned, discerning Indian plate.

Absolute perfection

The staff at Taj West End, are the best of the best. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to accommodate us and to help make the occasion special for us.

We are so glad that we decided to spend this special day with you all. Thank you for everything.

The grand old place , still holds its own. Patron here for decades the coffee shop still holds so does the rooms. Some senior members of staff still remain . However fast loosing charm owing to existing clientele , office outing and group discounts kill the mood in the colonial sanctum .

Great location but still need to concentrate for common places to keep better

Always flocked by local politicians and the sidekicks ...and ofcourse buerocrats who visibly are there just appease the mentioned earlier.. rarely rooms are available to business or other folks .. as well any lobby or convention areas..aren't easily avaliable .. this has been same with Vivanta and the one at international airport as well... Just calling to booking or reception desk itself turns you away..

I attended a party here for about 300 people. It was very poorly organised and the kitchen could not support supplying starters for the crowd. People got very impatient. The waiters ended up carrying only a handful of starters each time.

Wonderful hotel, the best Bangalore has to offer...In the heart of the city and so peaceful inside.

Maintainence was lacking and most of the staff had a very indifferent attitude.

Nice ambience, great food and truly a five star treatment u get here. Food served was fresh and tasted best. Valet parking is available.

Classical architecture, courteous staff, and good food.

One of the best 5 start hotel. Heritage property in heart of the city. 2500+ varieties of plants and full greenery. One specialty is in side temperature is always lesser than outside temperature because of full greenery. Food quality is awesome.
