One of the best palace in the world....as well as best hotel... very good hospitality good food and amazing environment.

Very good place to visit in jodpur . It shows the cultural heritage of our country.

Just a palace which has been divided into two parts one hotel and the other open for visitors.

Most of the palace is being used as hotel(Taj). Only a small part is converted to museum. Museum has artifacts mostly related to current royality. Clock collection is impressive

The palace is magnificent....but there isn't much to be explored as an Indian tourist...only a large museum and a small vintage car collection behind a glass wall

Museum consists of some of the King s many collections that are collection of vintage cars, collection of clocks, collection of precious artifacts. Talking about the architecture, this palace so beautifully designed that you can only understand once you visit this place. There are souvenir shops inside the palace so you won t go empty handed for your loved ones.Extremely beautiful place. Adequate place for parking. Ticket cost is absolutely reasonable. Guides are available free of cost.

It's top of the Jodhpur city. Here is we can see lot of greenery and clean place.

This hotel is aesthetically appealing in all respects, be it the exteriors, or the interiors. Loved the stay here. Every thing in the hotel is chosen after a lot of thought process and after an understanding of the Indian culture and the regality of Rajasthan.

Just a waste of time, instead visit mehrangarh fort for a longer time.

Umaid Bhawan palace is classical example of new era king during the transition of kingdom to democracy. Very good collection of Royal antique items. What a collection of clocks. You should not collection of cars that range from phantom to cardilac

The palace is maintained very well and the gardens are sprawling. The guests are given a royal welcome with trumpets and all. The Maharaja himself comes to greet you. The food is first class and the rooms though have all the latest amenities, share the antiquity of the past. The drinks barbis way too expensive. The whole palace is very photogenic with every corner beckoning you to photograph it. The gardens are a beautiful place to lay down and watch the sun set from. You can also see it from the terrace for another angle. A part of the palace houses a museum and is a bit noisy. The museum doesn't have that much interesting stuff but I'd definitely recommend checking out the royal watch and cars collection. The ambience is awesome.

The collection of vintage cars is amazing and the structure of palace is breath taking.
The visiting ticket prices are also very reasonable.

Surrounding areas are quite picturesque. Palace is huge but not much to see for tourists as major part of the palace is converted into hotel. I found vintage cars collection worth watching. Rest is just ok

Absolutely loved it. The architecture is like an old traditional Rajasthani haveli, food is at a slightly higher rate than average restaurants but the quality is excellent. Place isn't near to the airport, so average time required would be about 25 mins. Though it is very close by to the touristic sights. Palace is equipped WiFi and has a bar as well as a restaurant and laundry along with a swimming pool. Overall couldn't ask for more.

It's a wonder full palace converted to hotel, equipped with all modern facilities, the best part is that H.H. Gaj singh still live here, there is no match that in any place you will get as much closer to the royalty. Must visit palace it is costly but totally worth of it.

Good place for history and art lovers but difficult to reach from City center

A majestic palace, only a small part is open to public, wonderful car collection

Emblem and Glory of Jodhpur. Now converted into an Excellent super luxury Hotel. Amazing view of the surrounding.
But If you are visiting the place as a tourist to see the Palace only then may feel a bit disappointment because these days very small part of the Palace is open for display to Tourist who are not the Guest of Hotel.
