Very poor service, I sent my watch for a cleaning and change of a leather strap, after 8 weeks, when I went to pick up the watch at Tourneau in Coral Gables, the strap didn't lock and it had to be sent again to the factory, no quality control at all, when they were supposed to check the leather strap function.
After almost three weeks, still waiting for my watch.
I won't recommend any body to buy any of these watches.

I bought a brand new Tag in 1985 and it was working well till last year. I sent it to the Tag dealer in UK and got a reply watch is too old parts no longer available so basically l throw it in the bin!. Mercedes Benz still have parts for cars sold 30 years ago!.
Tag should show some compassion for a person owning old models instead of just giving a one line shrug off reply. This watch has great sentimental value.
Please buy a Rolex or Breitling. I just did

Unfortunately I only had bad experiences with Tag Heuer. I can not list everything here. I bought my watch from a verified dealer for 4500.- in 2016. Macken had the clock always but you swarmed me off. Now I wanted to get rid of one of the worst mistakes so I can sell the watch, but TH says either a full service or nothing at all. I have not experienced such bad customer service in a long time. I will certainly never shop again at Tag Heuer. All bottom drawer.

Worst customer service ever, do not spend money on this watch brand. Casio and swatch have better after sales. After having a 4 year of watch crown breaking was told by Tag that it was my fault and general wear and tear, so you heard it hear first, Tag Heuer crowns are not expected to last more than 4 years!

I sent my Tag-Heuer watch for service at the start of July and paid the amount immediately after the quote.
Time passes and I decide to find out where the service is.
The watch has not been touched since early July because of the covid effect (closure, ect ...) and therefore the watch is ready around mid September only.
A lamentable service because no email to notify the customer of the delay.
On the other hand, it is obviously payable in advance.
Covid on the safe side.

Please do yourself make a favor and don t buy a Tag Heuer watch! Learn from my nightmare I am having with this company, I want to avoid other people to spend lots of money for nothing
I have paid almost 3000 Euros for a beautiful watch (see attached picture) that has to be sent continuously for repair (so far more than 15 times already ). Apparently, it gets magnetized (and believe me, I am not putting my mobile phone on it), then it doesn t work well anymore and the Customer Service keeps telling me it is a very rare case (well, seems I have won the jackpot then). But the worst is the Customer Service is not willing to give me any solution. After many interactions with them they just keep saying send it to us whenever it is not working so basically they tell me we don t care about you and your problem with our watch , which is a shame for a company that sells such expensive items.
Bottom line: Horrible and non-effective Customer Service, once you buy an expensive watch from Tag Heuer they leave you alone with your problem if it doesn t work as it should buy a watch from another manufacturer and you will avoid lots of headaches and pains. Service staff on the phone very friendly and helpful. But the duration of the repair is unacceptable. I have been waiting for my Tag Heuer Connected Modular for over 13 weeks, which I had to send in for repairs because the display was burned in.
