Lots of racism going on here. My buddy got paid less than people hired in before and after him. Only difference with him is he's half Mexican. Very unorganized, dark and dirty and unsafe. These are things I've heard and seen from many people who've worked there.
They don't offer 401k they don't have good benefits. The typical work day consists of press welding. Make sure you wear projective sleeves and gear because you will get burn marks on your arm's if you are not careful. I'm still upset that i have scared up arms from working press welding production.
