My experience was not good at all. My son and I ...

My experience was not good at all. My son and I went to the Cumberland location in Atlanta, Ga for dinner this past Sunday. We came in and ask for seats outside in the tented area where there was not a lot of people. The waiter seated us outside where the was only three tables being occupied. We sat closed a couple that had a child that was probably about 5 years old. We ordered mozzarella sticks as our appetizers first. They brought them out and as we were eating them the little girl beside us vomits all over the floor in front of us. I didn't look directly at it but notice it from my side view. My son got full view of it. Right after that happens we get our dinner and she is still vomiting. Vomit was all over the floor for while we were ate our food!! YUCK! My son took 2 bits out of his burger and could not eat the rest of his meal. He had a hamburger, apple slices, 6 wings and fries that we were going to split. I ordered grilled salmon. I had to eat my meal because I was shaky and weak from not eating anything all day other wise I would have not eaten anything at all. No one would come and clean up the vomit. There were other waiters that came out and kind of looked over that table but cleaned up and swept at our table. They turned their noses up at the table beside us and did not clean it up. It did not get cleaned up until I spoke to the manager about. He apologized for it and took our wings off the bill but still it was the worst experience ever. They let the vomit stay on the floor over 30 minutes!!! Taco Mac should hire better employees to take care of situations immediately and not let it sit on the floor for freaking 30 minutes!!! VOMIT ON YOUR FLOORS WHERE PEOPLE EAT AND WALK PASS FOR 30 MINUTES!!! Imagine that! This is sooooooooooo unsanitary! What really got to me was they were getting ready to seat a family at that nasty table. I told the waiter that they did not want to sit there because it was nasty. The waiter then took them to another table. After I told the manager, I still never saw anyone come out with cleaning solution like Clorox or Ammonia or some that was strong to clean that up. I did see them bring out 2 pictures of water and pour it out on the floor where the vomit was and sweep it away underneath the tent with a broom. No wipe down of the table with cleaning solution, NO NOTHING! That was it!!! You got people sitting at these table touching them and then eating their food. I can't even think about it anymore because it was all so gross. The experience I had there makes me want to NEVER come back to any other Taco Macs again. This is below standards and is deserving of zero stars but had to give you at least one to post. One star is way to much credit.

*Don't ever go to the Midtown - Metropolis location* So I want to start off with how much I love Taco Mac's food normally. But time after time, we have grown very bitter towards the location by where we live (Midtown - Metropolis). There has never been a time where we have visited where there wasn't an issue (anything from slow/rude service, orders cooked wrong, and don't get me started about all of the togo orders). But, I currently manage a restaurant and my husband has worked in the service industry, so we have always tried to be understanding. We have tried to go back thinking, well maybe it was just a bad day? After a few more times, we were pretty fed up with the service so we don't ever dine in anymore. We tried togo the last few times, and they have left stuff out every time. My husband is pretty livid at this point because we try to speak with the employees about the issue and we usually get a rude response instead of a resolution so we try to just speak to the manager directly now, but they never want to speak with us. For example today, we placed a pickup order and when we arrive home and notice they left out our fries and celery and had burnt all of our roasted wings (not like a little tinge, like several fully black wings, we can show you photos), we tried calling the location. We asked for a manager so he could help us resolve this issue when we were put on hold for 10min before my husband thought, maybe they accidentally forgot about us? So we called again, and they asked us to hold again. Another 20 min goes by before we just give up. My husband is furious because the last time we ordered togo, they were 30min behind the estimated time they gave us and also forgot all of our sauces plus the extra sauces we paid for. All he asked for was some credit for the extra sauces we paid for so we could just get them next time (he wasn't even trying to get a refund for anything else), but the employee we spoke to was quite rude and insisted he put the sauces in our order and then hung up on us. When he called in again to speak to a manager, (I know surprise! we got through to one), he said all of his employees denied ever speaking to us and also never ended up apologizing nor did they want to give us the credit for the couple of extra sauces. Really? We always try to be polite and it wasn't much that we were asking for... But this time around, we're actually sitting around at 9:30PM without a dinner we can eat that we paid more than $30 for. It doesn't sound like much, but that's literally $30 for maybe the 3 pcs of wings we can eat between the two of us. It's been a long day (you can probably tell since we haven't had the chance to eat till now) so the last thing I want to do is go back to that horrendous place and make a big deal about this order to a manager that obviously just doesn't care. I wish me saying I'll never go back to this location and make sure none of my friends do either would make a difference, but it doesn't. I am hoping maybe corporate will care, because the management and employees sure don't. I feel so dejected right now. It's sad to see an establishment like this be so terrible to nice people. I work in the service industry, I know some people can be crazy, but we've been nothing but polite and honest. I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews online either, but it's just happened so many times and we've never received an apology/resolution nor an acknowledgment half of the time so I feel there's no other option anymore. Sincerely, a very hungry couple.

Let me first start by saying Jake (or Jake) at the Suwanee location is amazing. He couldn't be a better server. That aside, I purchased a gift card for $30 and not only did they charge me THREE times but I just got the one gift card. I'd understand if it sent three due to site glitches but now what little money j have is tied up. Sadly that's a lot of money. I've sent emails and no one will respond to me to fix the matter and refund me.

My name is Jacqueline.
My boyfriend & I went to T. Mac located by Cumberland Parkway/ Atlanta, Ga., on Saturday April 16th, 2016 around 9:15 pm to grab something to eat before going to AMC theaters; we waited for good 15 minutes. After been seated, it was a lot of trash under the table, so I have to request to someone come & sweep out the trash (they did it half way); when food arrived, NBA game was on & the Hawks were playing that night; he ordered some lemon peppers wings w/ sweet potatoes fries & i ordered some shrimp & mango tacos (mango were missing);my boyfriend was distracted washing the game & didn't realized that this wings were so no cooked thru & only 2 were fried Ok, but the rest were bloody to the bone, only the skin were cooked. We requested a manager in charge that night, he approached to us (think his name were Marvin), we showed the terrible scenario & his reply were " THIS IS NORMAL ON FRIED CHICKEN WINGS, IS JUST A VEIN & IT SAFE, I PROMISED YOU"... REALLY MAN? my boyfriend & I looked @ each other, because we couldn't believe the answer. Obviously this manager didn't appreciate us a new customers, but giving us such a retarded answer. I post the picture of this wings & you tell me if this is just a vein matter. Just nasty!

It was our first time EVER eating here, but I guarantee you will be the LAST. If my boyfriend get a bad review as his doctors office, we will proceed legally.

SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Service at the Roswell Location was horrible and I was over charged and only got half my refund back which was ridiculous, I was over charged 27 dollars, when me and my friends meal together was only 26, she was charged correctly, but I was charged $40, and my meal was only 13.45 and he said I couldn t get my full refund back because it was a mistake .

I just had the most terrible experience I've ever ...

I just had the most terrible experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life. My friends and I were treated like complete trash from the moment we walked in the door! We too are servers and just came to grab a bite to eat after our shifts. After being sat, we waited about 8 minutes before our server came to the table. I believe his name was Ladarian. He seemed pretty busy so we understood and waited patiently. When he finally approached us, he never greeted us. He walked to the table and said "do y'all know what y'all want?!" A little surprised at the lack of professionalism, I kindly said "hello, how are you?" He then caught his self, properly greeted us and we gave him our complete order. Our food came out in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, as I was about to take my first bite into my buffalo wing, I noticed there was a piece of hair wrapped around the wing, about 4 inches long. I stopped the 1st server I saw to let them know what had happened. She went to get a manager by the name of Shelly Worthy, who was accompanied by another gentlemen. She asked what happened, and I explained that we found hair in our food. Her immediate response verbatim was "No one in our kitchen has black hair so I don't know where it came from". There was no apology or empathy. She was immediately defensive and guarded. I then explained to her that there was no way it came from us. My hair was back in a ponytail, my boyfriends hair isn't long, and my other friend was sitting on the other side of the table and never touched the food. The hair was discovered within the first 45 seconds of the food being on the table. Shelly continued to insinuate that it was our hair and repeated over and over that no one in the kitchen has black hair. As we all know, there are many moving parts before food actually hits the table. From the prep chefs, the cooks, to expo, to the food runners. there are many ways other than the cooks, that hair can accidentally end up in food. Regardless of any of that, as a manager, if this happens to a customer, you don't accuse them of putting the hair in their own food! Then went so far to say that a server, who was not our server, told her we must have done it! Shelley then says in an extremely condescending tone "were going to comp it for you, but that didn't come from us"... I have never been so mistreated, racially profiled and disrespected in my life! What would I gain from putting hair in my own food, when I came to eat?! We never asked or gave the impression we were looking for any compensation. We never asked them to remake the food. We simply just wanted to make someone aware that there was hair in our food so they could take any preventive measures needed going forward. Instead of empathizing with our experience, we were judged and treated as if we were trying to get something out of it. To try to deescalate the situation, I said to Shelley that it's obvious you don't want us here, we will leave. My boyfriend stood up in disbelief of what was happening. I asked for the check and Shelley then says "I'm calling the police on you!!" I ask her why, she didn't have an answer. We had barely touched our food and were being treated like criminals because we simply brought to her attention there was hair in our the food. At this point I'm literally floored!!! I asked her "what did we do wrong?! How can you treat us this way?!" She continued "you guys just need to leave and don't come back here!" I told her she was a disgusting human being and I left the server a tip. I didn't want the server to suffer because of the poor judgement of the manager. I'm positive the bill was not over 25 dollars. After serving nearly 300 guest, to dine out at an establishment expecting the same excellent service I give daily, to be treated like this is heart wrenching! This was my 1st time at the Duluth location but I've been a customer of Taco Mac for over 7 years and get excellent service 100% of the time. Shelly Worthy should not be representing your company! Her evil heart and racist judgment is going to get you guys in big trouble

The Cumberland location is a Dirty place and code enforcement should be called.. I think I will call them
After this review. I went on 3-11-17 and was greeted with Slow service. Bad cocktails and the food was not only cold but undercooked and bloody! I will NEVER go here again. The manager took about 15-20 minutes to come and then tried to say that my wings were pink and a little bloody because it was a large vein(Instead of taking responsibility and simply apologizing).y experience was unacceptable.

Last night I took my sister and her friends from Vegas to Taco Mac near Olympic Park and it was a horrible experience. We had to sit ourselves which was fine but then I had to go find a waiter to get menus because they just decided that we didn t exist at the table. We waited 45 mins to receive our food and when we did our food was cold. I ordered the beef tacos and my soft taco shells were not warm they were hard. The beef was cold and my sisters steak was cold along with her friends chicken. 45 min wait for cold food was unacceptable. We called our waiter over to tell her about our food and she clearly had no excuse for it so she grabbed the manager. He came to the table just standing there while we explained our situation and he didn t apologize for it or anything. He took our food back to the kitchen and we waited thinking our food was going to be remade. After almost 20 minutes of waiting we asked for our waitress again and voiced our concern about our food. She didn t know anything and once again grabbed the incompetent manager. He came over and told us that they decided not remake our food. At this point I m pissed off because we waited for our food to be recooked and you all decided not to recook our food. He stood there against a pole with his hands behind his back just saying umm ok like he didn t give a damn about the inconvenience his staff caused us. He made no effort to apologize. We walked 30 minutes to go to this particular taco Mac because of the location and I m pregnant. I m am so pissed off that my food was cold after a 45 min wait and my food was taken back and never to be recooked after waiting for another 20 mins. I just can t believe a restaurant would treat their customers like this. I work as a food inspector and I m telling everyone do not patronize this particular restaurant location until the manager is fired because they do not care about your safety or your time. I will not rest until this matter is addressed and an apology is administered. Just disgusted at this point that I wasted my time walking to this restaurant and my time waiting for food that I didn t even get to enjoy. I was embarrassed to be bringing some friends and family from out of town here. I could have went to Hudson grille across the street from them if I would have known my experience would be like this. You cannot reach anyone at their corporate office unless you leave a message or email smh. Don t eat there

I can't say enough about how TERRIBLE this business is. The location in Buckhead, GA. I will never attend again unless I have hours upon hours to spare. I saw my server Imani (Spell check), for the first time after sitting for 10-15 minutes. We ordered a Sprite, and a Sweet Tea. I watched two other families come in, sit down, greeted by their server, and served bar, and non-alcoholic drinks before we got our tea and sprite. When Imani finally came back, we went ahead and placed our order. My girlfriend wanted her salad to come out first and it literally took another 15 minutes to bring a house salad. When Imani came with the salad, she didnt come with silverware..I informed her that she can just go ahead and box up the rest of the food because I had to get back to work. When she walked off to go to the kitchen, you could hear a baby crying and screaming (but that's what babies do...right?), I witnessed another patron (Caucasian lady) get up and yell at the (Hispanic) mother of that sweet baby, telling the mom that "enough is enough, you need to go outside with that! Take that baby outside, nobody and I mean nobody in this restaurant has enjoyed or can enjoy their food because your baby has been screaming since you came in here! You are a mother and you need to do something about this baby screaming!" At first I thought she was talking to her child, but soon realized that she was yelling at another adult about HER child! This went on for about a good ten minutes with this lady yelling at the mother, and no one intervening. The mother of the baby sent her kids outside and she shortly followed behind them and asked to speak to the manager when she got near the door. The manager gave the mother what looked like a gift card for her troubles but NEVER addressed the lady who caused a scene to begin with. Disgusting! The baby wasn't disturbing everyone, and if you don't like babies screaming and children playing and crying then cook your own food at your OWN house! Oh and by the way, Imani came with my food as SOON as I said just bag it up so i can get back to work. That tells me as a former certified trainer at Olive Garden that my food was "dying in the window"...Terrible service! The only reason they got a one star is because I couldn't choose 0 stars!

Worst establishment I have ever eaten at! I had bugs crawling in my food at the Smyrna location and the Manager Adam B. Was rude and was snapping at me for complaining a bug was in my food crawling in my salad. Adam said why was I talking for my cousin who is a minor. He then told me he will take off her salad and I said 2 dollars was not enough for a bug crawling in her food! Adam said 2 dollars and 78 cents with an attitude! I was literally disgusted by his attitude and how he did not care, like this was a normal situation! He needs to work on his attitude and customer service.

I'm a former employee and can't talk to a real person every time I call corporate. I believe my W2 was sent to the wrong location I have left a voicemail with my information but that isn't comforting I would like to know from someone real that I'm going to get what I need. This is very disappointing since tax deadline is approaching very soon.

Ordered via Grub Hub at Taco Mac University in Charlotte, NC.

I ordered mango shrimp tacos and queso and received chicken wings and broccoli.

I want you all to know that this order was botched- completely. Your GM Jason is the most unprofessional discourteous excuse for a manager. Constantly blaming the delivery service for the error stating that the driver grabbed the wrong bag off the bar. It s their job to go thru the order to make sure it s right.

Let me get this straight- you all leave take out / delivery orders on the bar for numerous random drivers to open the food and ensure accuracy for the $1.99 delivery fee that they get. So my food is being handled now by another party that may or may not have clean hands etc. Just wait for the health department to hear about this!

Instead of your GM being apologetic and remaking my order and allowing the driver to deliver the correct order- he became belligerent advising he canceled and refunded my order. I proceeded to tell him I didn t ask for that and he said it s Grub Hubs fault deal with them.

I am a general manager... trust and believe that every person that I come in contact with along with all of the rating sites will hear about this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE and be warned to stay away from your establishment.

About ten years ago, Taco Mac had the best wings in the USA. I would go there, 30 minutes away from home just for the wings. I would bring groups of clients to the place who loved the establishment, and they would do the same. Unfortunately, since corporate took over, they changed the wing sauce ( I called corporate about this and they would not admit to doing this, but the taste definitely changed ). Perhaps this was a cost cut? Due to that, I found the client and co workers I would go there with venture out. However, since I had been going to the establishment since 1991, I found myself going maybe once every other month. The last time I went, the wing size decreased in half. I called them wing bites. To the people in corporate, if you care..... Bring back the old wings. It's not all about your beer..... And in my opinion, you took away the best thing about your establishment.
