Good was not and when I ordered extra of something I actually got it

Terrible service we had to drive around the drive threw three times to get these people attention we wait 5 minutes the first time and no one answered plus we hear arguing then we go around the second time and they are by the window and refused to help us! They tell us to go around again and no one answered like what kind of service is that! And we pull up to the window again and they are gone! If your gonna work in fast food do your job. Don't come to this Taco bell at 12 midnight

Wasted my whole lunch waiting for my food this taco bell sucks

Order took a while to come out. But free chips came with it. Homeless population is a deterrent. Not somewhere I would go normally, but it gets the job done for a road trip through the desert.

Good food but located in such a bad area. Attracts a lot of homeless and they almost fought in the restaurant. Not the employees fault.

Excellent service and good food. Restaurant was clean. We were treated kindly. I would recommend this place

Cheesy Roll-Up is an excellent, delicious addition to the $1 menu!! Only 180 calories and very satisfying.

Good prices. And great for a budget. My kids love it.

This place is very dirty, the workers got my order wrong and my burritos were hard and very disgusting I recommend another location. Ps if I had a chance to rate it with no stars I would.

This Taco Bell is always fast and never gets my order wrong!

They have always been my favorite of the fast food Mexican drive throughs... They have a few items that are tasty and will not break you...

They messed up my order because the lady at the counter didn't know English

Suspicious. Outside and inside. Couldn't see the cooking area @all. Everything was walled in and looked like a fortress of TILE. No employee/ cashier in front @ the counter so I turned right back around and left!!
Looks like a favorite hang out for the homeless.

Its a lie the last few times they are closed by 12.30am

Took about 17 min to get our food. I let the manager know, and they didn't want to do anything about it but give us more food. I didn't have the time to wait another 17 min for more food. Employees in back were laughing about it and making jokes. Very poor, immature attitude from the workers. Wouldn't give me the # for corporate at first. While we were there, 3 other customers complained about various issues and got the same attitude. Not professional at all.

Awesome food choice for my diet that l am on. They allowed me to have the shredded chicken and beef on top of lettuce and tomatoes. EVERYTHING was so fresh and great customer service. Love La Verne from Colton. Thanks for everything.

Go for happy hour...2-5 for half price freezes. Very good.

I placed my order and it literally took 25 minutes to get my food the service and it was only three people in the restaurant. This Taco Bell is very slow, I would not consider this place fast food.

Better quality wise than the one in Colton for sure. I've not had many problems here, but it's in the middle of San Bernardino, which means you get all the colorful personalities you come to expect. I wouldn't hold this against them if it wasn't for the fact that the staff seems to just entirely ignore the commotion even when people are inside the building, walking up to tables and bumming for cigarettes and change.

The real problem I have with this place is their treatment of promotions. During the giveaways they will constantly not provide the boxes that have codes on them, and once I finally got a promotional box, it said it had already been used. This happened more than once, on different promotions, so my guess is the staff is stealing the codes.

30+ mins for our dine in order to be given to us. NEEDS MORE EMPLOYEES AND FASTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is my second time coming and it will be my last, at this location.

Taco Bell is my all time fav... I love this location and am very happy they have the Nacho Fries back on the menu...m

Its really geto theres alot of transits , they don't ask for change they want dollar's

Service was quick and food was prepared super fast. My visit was when it was empty so......

This Bell is on point. The cashier Juan and cook Pearly are the best. Between the two of them my visit was excellent. The minute I walked in the door Juan was ready to take my order(and thankfully because I was in a hurry n knew just what I wanted).
So thank you to both of them to thus Taco Bell for hiring them. Good bless us all

This store is not in a good part of the city. The food was okay but the facility is not very clean.

Love Taco Smell and it gives me plenty of time to catch up on Facebook on the toilet after.

Customer service sucks, and they take a long time. The food is good.

Food was good but the filling on the burrito was skimpy. It was mostly shell.

I took a star away because they charged me 30 cents for green sauce, and there was hardly any, I know it's only 30 cents but Damn

Slow as hell service. Took 10+ minutes after placing my order to get my 3 items. When asked for what sauce I want they give me a bunch of what I DIDN'T ask for. Will not be returning to this location

It was ok and the line wasnt that long, though this was late at night. My friend also didn't get what she wanted completely but it was allgood in the end.

I have loved Taco Bell since I was very little with there soft tacos and cinnamon twists plus their cheesy gordita i die for them every time!!! Never fails me

If i can put 0 stars i would! Every time i come here my order is never ever done right , horrible service! Stay away! What can I expect in downtown SB

Food was ok. But messed up order. Paid 5 dolkars for their steak fries and only got about 10 fries and 3 pieces of steak. Wth.
